I remember seeing an article before construction started, that they would be able to have games in 2026, but all construction won't be completed until the 2027 season.

That does not answer my question. Were there bars/restaurants already in the area, or did they come during/after the stadium being built?

Here's a question for the really old timers. What was around the stadium area, before it was built? I'm thinking of Danny's South, Prohibition, O'Neills, Big Tree. Were they there before the current stadium was built, under different names, or after?

McKinley would be the place to build up, it's close enough to the stadium. It would be nice to have a hotel right next to the stadium, so you can just walk over. When I'm looking at away game sites, I check to see where I can stay so I don't need to deal with driving and getting parking. Indy has a Holiday Inn brand right across a parking lot I was considering if we were to go to there. As for the bolded part of your statement, here in Syracuse, our one mall, yes, just one after having 3 or more, is in danger of being foreclosed on because they can't make their loan payment. The only team I follow is the Bills, so nope. But back in my college years, during March Madness, I'd follow the tournament, even though I had no clear favorite. I just like the thought of one game and you're done, watching the lower seeds beat higher seeds, etc. Now, not even close to what I used to do.

I've got clubs myself, but last row, so I don't need to walk down and there's extra legroom where I am due to how the stadium was constructed. I also hate standing, so when I see those people in row 1 or 2 start standing up, it pisses me off, because now that they decided to stand, I know I'll have to stand since all 13-14 rows ahead of me will start standing because they can't see.

Are you only looking at Club seats? I just did a search on TM and see a lot of groups of 5 tix going between $200-$500 each of the Titans game in October.
