  1. I believe I was the one that started using TBDAHOT since it was quicker to type the Two Bills Drive Annual Home Opener Tailgate. With that said, I’d be okay with just using Tailgate instead of TBDAHOT. Also, most of the shirts over the years have had a date included, and/or the team the Bills played.
  2. Got my email from the Bills with my code.
  3. Yep, 2008, 4-0 in pre-season, 0-16 in the regular season. Only 4 of those 16 games were decided by 7 points or less. 2 of those were against the Vikings. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/det/2008/gamelog/
  4. Letchworth is good. Like others have said, go there for a walk/hike, then have a picnic in the picnic area with a bottle of wine, just remember to bring a corkscrew.
  5. Recently looked at going to a concert for someone my wife wanted to see. Lawn seats were $30 each. Fees were $15 per ticket. Needless to say, we didn't go.
  6. Found this showing the smoking policies of all the NFL stadiums.. http://no-smoke.org/wp-content/uploads/pdf/smokingpoliciesNFLstadiums.pdf
  7. I should have taken a video of the guy I saw leaving the concert the other night. First, he needed two of the women he was with, their help just getting to their car. (no, luckily he wasn't driving) So they open the back door for him so he can get, then go and get in their own doors. He falls over backwards and is laying there like a turtle flipped over on it's shell, waving his arms and legs, trying to reach anything to get back up. Meanwhile the women are in the car playing on their phones. Eventually he gets part way back up, only to fall over again. Eventually the women realize it's been several minutes and he's still not in the car so they get out to help him in. It was both funny and sad.
  8. "And he's not wearing pants..... again!"
  9. Was going through some of my parents photo albums today and actually saw an article my Dad clipped and put in there, I think it was either 1984 or 1985. Not sure if that's the one you're remembering.
  10. Plenz said it above, get the biggest TV you can afford. When we moved last December, we looked at 55" and 65", and the price difference wasn't that much, so we went with a 65". Do not regret it at all. I believe this is the one we got... https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sharp-65-class-led-2160p-smart-4k-uhd-tv-with-hdr-roku-tv/6296546.p?skuId=6296546 I wanted a Roku TV since I already had Roku units for our other TV's. And I'm not the type to rush out and buy something new just because it's newer. Hell, I kept a 27" tube TV as my primary TV for almost 20 years. I did opt for the 5 year service contract because I'd read online that Sharp is made by TCL, and many users of TCL reported their screen having issues or dying after the one year warranty ran out.
  11. My office uses Office365 and they allow several PCs per account to have it loaded. So I have both my personal laptop and home desktop loaded for free, under my work email account.
  12. So the screen shots of image searches doesn't look right to you either?
  13. Here’s one for sale https://nh.craigslist.org/boa/d/newport-deal-of-life-time-96-bayliner/6949533343.html
  14. I want to see Jim Kelly on the Indy sideline distracting Frank with tales of their playing days.
  15. Previous house I owned, the ex and I had three vehicles, all parked in our driveway. Neighbors across the street had four vehicles, and the same size and layout driveway. But what always happened is whoever got home first, would park in the driveway next to the front porch. So the next person home, if there was room, would park behind them or in the street. Vehicle three and four were always in the street. And if I happened to need to park one of my vehicles in the street in front of my house, it would piss them off because they considered it their parking spot.
  16. I used to work with a guy that could spend five minutes lining up his putt and still miss it.
  17. Why would you reprimand @Gugny? Reprimand GBiD for having a bad thread title.
  18. Sounds like the house next to my sister-in-law and her husband. Story I heard was the kids bought it cheap off the mother in an attempt to flip it. They didn't get far though and now it sits empty for years. Window in the garage is busted though, so people can get in. There's kitchen cabinets still in boxes to be installed, mold growing on the walls, and about 8 inches of water in the basement. My in-laws want to buy it cheap to fix up for my mother-in-law to live in, but the current owners are not returning any phone calls or messages.
  19. It used to be easy, just keep the ticket stubs. But now with mobile tickets and season ticket cards, people have to remember other ways, like maybe programs or pictures.
  20. Over 100 I know for sure, but not the exact count, maybe between 125-150. I know it's over 100 because I first got seasons in 2000. Sometime around my 5th year I realized I had been to every home game (pre and regular season) so I decided I was going to make every home game till I hit 100 games, then I could start picking and choosing which games I go to. It was tough some Sundays to get up and make the three hour drive (living in Syracuse) and when they announced the Toronto series, made it even tougher, since those were considered "home games" on the schedule. But I did it. 2010 was the first year I did not go to every home game, but I have always made the home opener.
  21. Year: Dec 1995 Against: Dolphins Score: 23-20 Bills What you remember: Bills made the playoffs with the win Brian Cox was ejected (the famous double finger salute in the tunnel) Dean Cain was on the Bills sideline The people in the lot that offered up their tailgating spot for our car since it was smaller, so they wouldn't lose so much space.
  22. Hello sister.... The misleading thread title doesn't help either. The brother/killer changed the password, not the sister.
  23. There's a whole "DTV/pre-season" thread here...
  24. I'm guessing one of those garage bays is a pass through to the back parking lot.
