I'll give him til Friday before I start to think he's a major douche, ummm...more of a major douche. -
The two tenured teachers were yanked from their classrooms and immediately sent to the so-called "rubber room" pending the outcome of an investigation. Rubber room? Two chicks?

Oh come on, why was the JW thread deleted?

When you've logged some time at the Pittsburgh Tribune watching the writers come back. Very old joke; What's the difference between a pregnant woman and a light bulb? You can unscrew a light bulb. -
Bills offense to be much different in 2010

What would you say if you were him? The other QB's seem to agree with him. What he said. -
I think threats against anyone is sick. I hope they throw the book at him. How do you feel about the threats on Dems?

I think the teabag movement was probably started by people with good intentions but the lack of solid leadership has let the looneys infiltrate the movement. Link On March 25 – 45 years ago today – the marchers reached the state capitol in Montgomery. Their courage, their example, inspired the introduction and passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, legislation that transformed our nation. This past Sunday, Lewis was involved in another march. Along with other members of Congress, he walked up to Capitol Hill to cast a vote for health-care reform, another important piece of legislation with the potential to transform our nation. But once again, Lewis was confronted with the ugly stain of racism. Angry “tea party” protesters shouted racial slurs at him and Rep. Andre Carson of Indiana. Another black congressman, Rep. Emanuel Cleaver of Missouri, was spit on. Rep. Barney Frank, an openly gay congressman, was the target of anti-gay epithets, and Rep. Ciro Rodriguez of Texas was called a "wetback." Lewis said that the protesters at the Capitol reminded him of the angry mobs that confronted him during the ugly days of civil rights movement in the 1960s. Why? Totally unnecessary. Those ideals aren't shared by 99.9% of the people in government, no matter what claims they make. They probably never will be. Power corrupts.

Bradford's workout leaves crowd in awe.
Steely Dan replied to papazoid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is the scRams. Too many people here think that any player can be traded for. It's just not true. I doubt any team could have pried Peyton Manning, Dan Marino, John Elway, Tom Brady or any other franchise QB away from their teams while in the prime of their careers. If the scRams are convinced he's a franchise QB it will take more than what the draft value chart says is fair. If it were me in charge, I'd hold out for this years first rounder, the next two years first rounders and a second this year and a third in the two years after that. I really hate this kind of from players but I guess he really doesn't want to be a scRam. If the scRams find out he doesn't want to play for them they'd be smarter to take a trade, JMO. Bradford would eventually have to sign with StL if they turned the screws but why do that if a guy doesn't want to play there? A draft and trade seems stupid. If the scRams can trade the pick prior to the draft then the new team may be able to work out a deal before the draft. I think the pick for Bradford is worth more than Bradford. I think Edwards still should be given one more chance. He may surprise and, IMO, if they need to get a QB next year it will give that guy a better chance to succeed behind a better OL. (Assuming they draft OL) I didn't want to see Reed go either but how do you know he's better than Hardy? Hardy hasn't really had a chance to show anything yet. -
WHAT!!! Ask Tom Cruise.

He was standing on the couch; When police arrived he stood on a sofa over the officer "exposing his penis and thrusting it in her face, forcing her to take evasive action to avoid getting struck," said a spokesman.

He may have been standing on the couch. Where'd you see that? She should have tased it!!

Agreed, projects are for round 4-7, IMO. I think the Bills have more pressing needs than to spend even one on a guy like Snead. I believe the Bills need to get two NT candidates from this draft.

You'd be better off just buying the damn thing. JMO A friend of mine used to work at a theater a long time ago and he said it was 100% for the studio the first two weeks and then fell 10% each week after that. That's why movie concession prices are unreal. Your average movie, I would guess, doesn't do a whole lot after the first two weeks and certainly most don't last 11 weeks in a theater.

What he said. I do wonder though why you chose to take a beautiful model and then make her ugly for your shoot. Were porno pics out of the question?

Yes, saying that Tebow could be embarrassing himself is picking on others. I'm not making personal attacks at him. I'm merely stating what could happen and how he colud avoid being ashamed of himself. Making fun of people is what a lot of this board is about. The "Wouldya", "Hot for Teacher", odd people like the fat chick are all in fun here. I haven't made too many to be taken seriously personal attacks on this board. I've only done it after being attacked first. I'm happy enough with myself as it is. I'm sorry that I haven't been able to go back and figure out why I have the medical problems I do. What went wrong with them I don't know. It's much easier to correct psychological problems. Good luck with that. -

They normally invite guys based upon where they think they'll be drafted. If you remember three years ago Brady Quinn lasted until the 22nd pick and that was embarrassing for him. Tebow has the chance of lasting til the late third or early fourth. Will he? Nobody really seems to know. He's probably all over peoples draft boards. The question is how long will it take til somebody eventually pulls the trigger. I've heard it said that next years QB draft is much deeper than this years and so teams may be willing to wait a little longer. If he does in fact last til the third or fourth round he'll be very upset that he's there. I'm curious as to how they'll handle him. Will he be invited to day one in case somebody takes him there or will they ask him to start on day 2? -
We can't fix everything in 1 year...
Steely Dan replied to keithg's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A premiere pass rusher isn't a necessity right now. They have one on the team as good as any draft pick. Maybin needs to be given a year before the Bills use picks for that position. NT and OT are far more important this year. If Maybin busts this year in his new role then they could consider grabbing one next year. That's probably a very good idea. People, like myself, want to see a QB taken this year because it seems so necessary, but it's probably better to build a team that is a little more solid for one to come to. You made a good point about next years draft being deeper with QB's as well. The Bills will probably have a top 15 pick next year and they should be able to get somebody very good there. JMO -

It's funny how some people feel so bad about themselves that they feel the need to put others down in order to make themselves feel superior. You see this at Klan rallies, skinhead meetings and meetings of other small minded groups. I'm curious Faustus, why you dislike yourself so much? -

The current inmate said Mr. Madoff's assailant was a beefy man serving time for a drug conviction. The alleged assailant's mother said in an interview her son had not mentioned any scuffle with Mr. Madoff but that he had been a body builder and held a black belt in Judo until he was injured in a shooting in 2002. While behind bars he has regained strength and gotten back into shape, she said.
