  1. Buffalo's louder than Lambeau, or at least was when I was there. Then again, it was also the coldest and windiest game that Favre ever played in and ended in a 10-3 final I believe.... The Metrodome is louder than both, but that's because they clearly pipe in music into the dome and amplify the noise that's there. It can be deafening, but you look around and nobody is yelling. Lame. Haven't been to any other stadiums.
  2. SPOILER BELOW: Non-elimination legs suck. Non-elimination legs in the first episode are ridiculous.
  3. I bet we can come up with some good ones. http://espn.go.com/espn/page2/index?id=7021630
  4. It's like a double rainbow!!!
  5. He's pissed that he didn't take the job in Buffalo.
  6. Agreed. Plus, it never felt like the Bills were being dominated in the running game like it has in the past. Most runs seem to be for short or no gains, but a few long runs increases the average. I'm actually pretty happy with the run defense this year (so far).
  7. C'mon guys, post a link if you're talking about a play. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6yR56NnXoVU
  8. Let's go 3-0!!!
  9. But to Mcbride's point, Warren Moon's CFL stats were counted towards his HoF bid and I would argue that league is even more inferior than the USFL. Therefore, they really can't be dismissed entirely.
  10. I thought I posted this before, but I think I forgot. Anyway, the folks over at Synology (known for their network attached storage devices) sent me a unit to review. Here's the link to the review, I'd appreciate the clicks. http://www.neowin.net/news/review-synology-diskstation-ds411-more-than-just-nas Note that there's 3 pages to the review -- the way Neowin splits pages up can be a little confusing at first. Anyway, the device rocks -- it's a little expensive (it's on Amazon for less than $500), but it has a ton of features. Thanks for the support.
  11. Since when is forcing a fumble luck...? And CBs drop interceptions all the time. That's why announcers always say, "That's why he's not on offense!"
  12. Do you have any links from BEFORE the government started screwing with their payment systems?
  13. Do you have any articles discussing this? I never heard of any issues, but I don't follow it that closely.
  14. But was anyone actually denied their money when requested...? If I go to the bank and say, "Give me $50,000 from my account," they will tell me no and that I have to come back at a later time. Doesn't seem that much different to me. I understand the concern, but this just sounds like the government bullying around poker sites yet again.
  15. "In the motion to amend the complaint, the government alleges Full Tilt executives misrepresented to the website's players that the money the company was supposed to be holding in player accounts was safely held when it was actually being used for other purposes, including payments to owners." So does that mean a bank is the biggest ponzi scheme in the world? They don't put my money into a vault and place my name on the door. They invest it themselves. Seems hypocritical. As long as people who are withdrawing their money can get their money, what's the problem? Government just wants to kill online poker because they can't tax it.
  16. There's tons of companies that use something like "QwiksterTwitter" as their Twitter name, so I don't think that's really a big deal. Plus, do you really think Twitter's going to care if Netflix buys Qwikster from the person who registered it?
  17. I wasn't at the game, but I watched the replay and you could see the Raiders safety fading back and then you never see him again. So he was either behind the Bills receivers, or was at the concession stand getting a beer and pretzel.
  18. He should've thrown the ball, but it wasn't a guaranteed TD. There was a safety behind the two open receivers.
  19. I will be. I just had another ST tackle today!
  20. That's pretty classy.
  21. Yeah, who would've guessed that?! Good game, we eeked one out! Trust us, we know all about losing at the end of a game... I'm glad we're on the winning side of that for once.
  22. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/134541-join-us-in-irc-for-pbp-and-commentary/
  23. Just a reminder - the gang is hanging out on IRC again this week.! We had around 20-25 people last week, so it was a great turnout! See you there.
  24. Well, it's true. They already work on Saturdays. They're not going to quit because they have to continue working on Saturday. So why not?
  25. Why does everyone want to get rid of Saturday delivery? Why not keep Saturday delivery and eliminate OTHER days? If we're going to scale back, at least keep a day that is useful for most people. A lot of packages that ship via USPS require signature confirmation. By keeping Saturday delivery, you make it easier for people to get packages without having to go to work late or leave work early (during post office hours). In addition, a lot of people have no way of getting to the post office (think the elderly or people without cars), so Saturday delivery is useful. Keep Saturday delivery, get rid of a few other days. All of the postal employees are union anyway, so why not?
