Too true. I always laugh when politicians refer to what they do as "public service". Servicing the public is more like it.

I did not criticize President Biden hiring her. However it does seem like some political inside baseball, but it is politics after all. I thought the level of nepotism and cronyism in President Trump's term was appalling. To think we have nepotism laws put in place after JFK that did not apply is ludicrous. Perhaps drafting a new nepotism law to prevent future cases like this would be a good thing for Congress to work on.

Anything Trump did is OK for Biden to do. Is that the new standard?

Who is this helping exactly? If you think about it, many black people are going to take it in the shorts again as often happens when the white man tries to save the black man. Atlanta is 53% black. The game was good for the tourism and hospitality industries. Reports regarding COVID I have read over and over said blacks (and other minorities) are over represented in the hospitality indusry. Stands to reason a lot of those workers will lose money due to less uber rides, less tips at hotels and restaurants, and Stadium workers losing a game.

Is that Trump walking around behind him at :07?

The dying party picked up house seats in the last election. If the Donkey team over plays their hand which it seems like like they are and history repeats itself, the Donkey team will lose more next year. When was the last time the party that won the Elephant election wins the next mid terms? Hardly ever happens.

What instrument do you play? What kind of band?

Thanks B-Man. I have been looking for more information on this. I knew there had to be more to it. Usually when I hear CNN and MSNBC, or FOX etc trumpeting a line like this and the rabid members of Congress tweeting and saying it over and over I know there has to be more to the Story. Was certainly true for Benghazi was because of an internet video, Covington kids, Michael Brown was shot in the back running away with his hands up, Juicy Smolliet, Saddam has WMDs etc.

Is it a priority for them to vote or not? I bet if I told them I'd give them $100 but they had to ride a bus across town to get it they'd do it. It just seems silly to me that you can't do anything in this country without a government ID except vote, which is the most important thing. How do these people of which you speak do anything? I totally agree with you that everyone should be able to vote without restriction.

Who thinks teaching is a hard job?

Good job speaking at career fairs. I'm sure its rewarding for you and helps young people. I do hear the line find something you like to do and you won’t work a day in your life. And I suppose its true. I got a little different advice from my father which has worked for me. Learn to do something people want to pay you to do. A marketable skill is they key to a decent life at least financially. Of course it should be something you like but it doesn't have to be your passion. How many of us who have been working for 15 years or so and like our jobs OK are doing what we thought we wanted to do at 17 (besides @transplantbillsfan)? Not me. I wanted to be a famous jazz musician. I auditioned for and got into the USMC band program. After that I went to North Texas State University, one of the best jazz schools in the country. I worked really hard at it but I just didn't have what the top cats had. At that point I followed my Dad's advice and got into Business Computer Information Systems because I knew people would pay me a good wage to do it and I got an A in the first class. And they have. Since they do, I can support my family and still follow my passion playing music. Cuz I have some spare coin I can afford decent instruments. I play often and get a blast out of it. I know some other guys who stayed true to their passion in music that are OK musicians and they play gigs at night, work day jobs, teach lessons, or anything else they can do for money. Seems that would take a decent chunk of the fun out of it. I guess my point would be, find something you like but make sure its something people want to pay you to do. So that's what I tell young people when they listen to me which is rarely which probably contributes to why I voted that teaching is a hard job. -

In my state once the growers got humming along and stores opened up, the price went down from pre legalization. -

Is this the standard for VP? Uncle Dick? If Uncle Dick didn't salute the military people then its OK for VP Harris not to? I was hoping VP.Harris wouldn't do anything that Uncle Dick did. Is that dude in your avatar doing a Hail Hitler salute?
