Agreed. How can the author assess that the NFL is bad at assessing QB talent or that they just find all there are. If there was another league where NFL QBs that washed out went and shined, or another league that selected all the good ones, then he'd have a point. It'd be like saying people are just not very good at finding gold in their back yard.
