  1. Until some other QB comes in here and gets us back to the playoffs and we either win or lose by 6 or less, Hotrod is still THE MAN.
  2. Best. we scenario: Bills win the Super Bowl.
  3. Aikman and Manning played on some really bad teams as rookies, not playoff teams like Nasty Nate did. Yet none of them had 5 pick halves in their first start. The San Diego start was THE WORST since the merger. I started Nasty Nate on my imaginary football team that week and he got -7. the worst ever in the history of Fantasy Football. I forgot to change the next week and he scored more. A 0, but it was better. If I were in charge I'd cut him and either draft someone else late or sign a UFA. Maybe find out what Vernon Adams Jr. is up to these days. Why waste development time on him that could be spent on someone else? I have a new bottle of Tabasco in my pantry in case I need to eat some crow later. Seriously doubt I'll need it. Nasty Nate has fumbled in every game he has ever played for us. Even in his magical pre season of 2017. He's been able to get most of them back however.
  4. I'd take him back. Not great but better than what we have except KB and better than we're liable to get.
  5. Thank you Dr. First.
  6. Drafting schmucks in the first round that flopped has worked too, hasn't it?
  7. Actually it was 18 years ago. I'm all in on trading up IF we are trading up for someone we truly believe has all it takes to be the 15 year/every year contender/300+ yards per game/multiple Lombardi guy. If he's not that. then don't do it. Get some decent WRs and patch up the offense and pick a project like Falk or White or Lalauetta later on. There's another draft next year.
  8. I'd still take our QB squad over Miami's or the Jets at this point.
  9. How are the Jets and Fish QB holes not just as bad? And if the Clowns really start Hotrod, that's one deep hold right there
  10. I would take the reindeer if I had to take a qb there. Might take a LB instead though. Probably go bpa. But that's just me
  11. the precedent was set on the White Water thing. Start an investigation on a land deal and it ends up with a blow job and a blue dress. BUSTED!! I'm really hoping Mueller wades into the Strormy Daniels waters. Then we can investigate a president for lieing about sex again. That works.
  12. Actually I think it has reminded us how important it is.
  13. I didn't say he was good. Just that he can throw the long ball as has now been demonstrated with 2 highlights both of which the football travels 50+ yards in the air hitting WR in the hands. Every time a poster wants to bring Fitz back it makes me ill. I used to like him, but have moved on. I still think he's a cool guy, but don't want him on our football team.
  14. And then there was this one where the football traveled 53 yards in the air. the Ftiz can't throw long thing is one of those tell a lie often enough and loud enough and it becomes the truth things. Leodis made sure of this LOL. http://www.buffalobills.com/video/videos/Bills-Leodis-McKelvin-intercepts-Jets-Ryan-Fitzpatrick/da5883f1-b874-4d39-baaa-a8b4625d4c46 I was at that game. It was sweet.
  15. This kindof goes with my line of thinking. The "franchise QB" thing is a dieing breed. All of the real ones are well north of 30 like Brady, Big Ben, Brees, Ryan, Rivers (if he even is one with all the losing), Eli, Flaco, ... Under the age of 30 there are only 3. Luck (if his health holds out), Cam Newton, and Russell Wilson. All three of these are 29 and will be north of 30 this year. I like you think the style of college football now, spread offenses with QBs throwing to wide open WRs doesn't translate well to NFL. Where are the new ones going to come from if any do?
  16. Neither has Winston, Watson, or Goff. Wentz had 1/2 of a good season.
  17. I'm sure a lot of teams have talked to Cleveland about that pick.
  18. Doesn't have to be either or. Sometimes you play it safe by not swinging at a high hearer on 3 and 2. Then you steal 2nd. The next guy hits a seeing eye grounder and you'e to 3rd. The next guys hits a long fly SAC and, guess what, YOU SCORE!! Perhaps that's what Mighty Casey should have done? Were you happy with EJ and JP? They were swing for the fences guys that failed. I'm all for swinging if it's a really good pitch. I have no desire in swinging for high outside curve balls.
  19. How was it "lifted"? It's how FakeBook works. http://money.cnn.com/2018/03/19/technology/business/facebook-data-privacy-crisis/index.html That's what happens when people give away their personal info willy nilly. I like how Zuck says, hey, we told 'em to delete it. Like you can really delete anything on a computer network. Zuch thinks we're total fools like most of his subscribers.
  20. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/adam-schiff-taunts-trump-will-our-president-now-congratulate-putin-after-election-win Pot calling kettle black. Our elections are so on the up and up Adam.
  21. Back in the good ole days when computers were stupid and only did what you told them to do. I miss those days.
  22. Probably not, but good QBs don't need good WRs. Or so I read here often. So we should be good.
