I have a theory about why this is. Most TBDers dreamed of breaking the streak by first tanking for a couple of years. Then get that golden armed franchise QB on a young team and roll into playoffs and advance. That didn't happen. Instead out team played over it's head with an unpopular QB and squeaked in. I always thought when the Bills finally broke the drought fans would be happy and optimistic, Guess not. I don't care. I LOVE IT as is!

Actually Hotord is the starter according to he new HC and the 2 he had before that. But keep telling yourself he's not if it makes you feel better. We made the playoffs because by the rules of the NFL known to all teams before the season started, we were better than 10 other teams in the AFC. Top 6 get in every year. Look it up. Before the season I watched the 2016 highlight reel. I couldn't get over how many time Hotrod would hand it to Shady and he'd take it for long yardage and often TDs. He'd cut through a hole untouched often. I was thinking, surely they will just copy these plays and not screw it up. But, alas, they pulled a Rex on or run game. 2016 offense with the 2017 defense may have been able to beat Jaguars.

So college means nothing, but draft order does? How does someone determine draft order if college means nothing? These are the same people that should the Bills ever win a Super Bowl will complain that we didn't win by enough points or our QB didn't throw for enough yards.

Wouldn't doubt it. Scouts and drafters are suckers for measurables. As the draft gets closer they will get more and more nervous about putting their neck on the line with a short QB.
