As am I. I only have so many more of these seasons left. I'm getting older by the minute. I hate to see us piss away 2 or 3 season on a possible maybe. It's not like were a bottom rung 5 win team spinning our wheels with a bad coach.. -
Is anyone THAT upset being 0-2?

Are you at all disspointed that our rookie QB has no weapons to throw to and a crappy oline? We did have a draft and free agency period to get help. -

At the risk of getting too political, it has the feel of Trump trying to overturn everything Obama did. I do not mean this in any racial context whatsoever. Just the trying to dump what the old guy did. -

I don't buy this whole dead cap space it was all we could do stuff. I see other teams spend like drunken sailors every off season yet Don t get into "cap hell" having to piss away 2 or 3 seasons. I'm thinking Broncos with HUGE contracts for Von and Thomas yet can still sign Case. -

after drAfting Josh I wanted Ridley. The Falcons who actually do have a franchise QB and Julio Jones traded up into the first for him. If you're gonna draft THE GUY, get him some help for crying out loud. -

This is my latest concern. If this keeps up, players are going to get pissed and start dividing the locker room etc. It could get to a point like that season when Aaron Schoebel retired because it was such a tire fire. Then next year we'll have to run off all the guys that didn't "buy in" this year creating even more holes. What ever happened to win AND rebuild? -

I don't like it one bit. Going from playoffs (luck/skill take your pick) to hiddeously worst in the league shows total and utter ineptness IMHO. Yeah I know rebuild blah blah blah. But this is a big ask for season ticket holders or people who live in other cities and buy DirectTV or whatever to watch the games. I have seasons and fly all the way across the country, stay in hotels, and stay with in laws for a whole week to go to a couple of games. And now I gotta watch this? It's also gonna be a hit on all the loyal Bills Bars around the country who will take in the shorts in November/December when last year they were rockin'. It didn't have to be this bad. We were 2 games over .500 the last 4 years with one playoff appearance. We weren't some bottom rung team spinning our wheels. What happened to re build while winning? Seemed to work last year. I don't hear that so much anymore. Beane is starting to remind me of Robert Preston character in the Music Man. Come in, make huge promises and then fail miserably to deliver. We'll see if he can deliver next year I guess. My concern now is that with all this losing and looking silly, we'll get into a situation like when Schoebel quit. We'll have to dump more guys because they don't "buy in". Putting us further behind. It's a treadmill approach. Run off good guys and replace them with guys that aren't as good to get more good guys later. Let the birds in your hand go to get better birds from the bush. i was not raised as a Bills fan but due to love of a good woman I became one in 1996. We rooted for another team when growing up. I was taught to try to win EVERY game. Losing is for losers. The whole notion of losing on purpose so you might be better someday down the road is foreign and repugnant to me. So I have a hard time with this whole Tank/rebuild nonsense. It'll all come down to if they can draft/sign FAs very effectively. If they are good, they should be able to get us back to 2014 levels by 2020 if Josh Allen turns out to be as good as Kyle Orton (far from a given). THEY BETTER BE GOOD -
I agree. Even some of the completions he did get like the Dimarco one an average QB could have put it where he could get some YAC. An average Qb hits the RB on the very shot pass and he takes if 15 yards up field for a first down as opposed to killing a drive. Stuff like that. Plays were there to be made that were missed. Both picks. Rookie mistakes.

This whole rebuild thing depends on several thing all happing: 1. JOsh Allen is a franchise QB. 2. Beane can draft stud players with all his draft picks, 10 I think t is 3. Beane must HIT on the FA signings next year. 4. The have to win at least 8 games by 2020 Really, they'll be doing well if they can get back to 2014/2015 level talent by 2020 IMHO. If i had any confidence that the Bills can get worse on purpose and then get better within a couple of years, I'd be all for it. But I don't. Hopefully it works out. Go BILLS !!

hawks plan was better. The went 7-9 the 2 years before they took off. They then in one off season signed Matt Flynn, kept incumbant Tarvaris , and drafted Russell. build up your team so that when you get a good QB you plug him in and you're off to the races. Saints did a similar thing before getting Brees. bills decided to gut the team of talent and then throw in a rookie project QB. Interesting. I hope it works.
