Is he really trying to put Josh into a Tommy offense? Tommy's offense is based on short fast guys running crossing patterns and pick plays. I've seen little of that. Most of the time it looks more like the Coach Hackett offense throwing to guys standing still. Just doing more of it. Really bugs me he is bound and determined to pass on every play with an inaccurate QB when we have the 7th best run game in NFL and an all time great ground and pounder in Frank Gore coupled with a really good D. Would open up the pass game and play action I would think. Don't waste really good D and a favorable schedule looking ahead. Do what you do do well.

Josh Allen - week EIGHT report card
reddogblitz replied to rayray808's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Reminds me of the Coach Moron era teams. Especially 2014. -
D. If Rex Roman/Anthony Lynn with Hotrod at QB can be top 1/3 of league in scoring 2 years in a row, Dabol should be able to do at least as well with Josh under center. We ain't scoring points = FAIL.

Be careful what you ask for.

Josh Allen - week EIGHT report card
reddogblitz replied to rayray808's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was at the game. The weather was terrible for the Eagles too yet they managed to score 31 points. I also remember being told many times that we needed Allen because he has a strong arm which is needed for strong swirling Ralph winds. Bouncing passes into RBs and underthrowing a wide open WR with the wind at his back is concerning. And he seriously needs to shake the fumblitis. Good news is there is another game Sunday. Go BILLS !!!! -
2019 Playoffs. 1st round

The only thing I would add is root for the AFC team with the worst record of the two playing each other. Go Bills !! -
Words: Stopping language manipulation

This is the one I hate and usually laugh at. "I have dedicated my life to public service." -- Bill Clinton. More like he dedicated his life to being serviced by the public. Women's Health Care - Abortion. The leading cause of death for women is heart disease yet it is never mentioned as part of "Women's Health Care." -

Rush Limbaugh called her an ugly child. You can't get better lib cred than that. -
What have the Democrats done in the past Four years
reddogblitz replied to B-Man's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I see it a little differently. I think Ds are for it because they think a lot of bad stuff is going to come out on Trump causing people to be disgusted and vote against him ie. Democrat. Meanwhile Trump likes it because he can portray the Democrats as the party that cried wolf. I can see him now at one of his monster rallies saying "They tried to get rid of me but couldn't. I'm here for you. They don't want you to have a Great America you deserve." or whatever. It's a win/win. Makes one wonder if DR's whole uni-party theory is really true. -
NFL get rid of instant replay
reddogblitz replied to Buffalo Barbarian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes and no. Isn't the whole point of instant replay to get the calls right? If one bad call blatantly happens that can change the game, maybe they need to modify the rules to allow for some guy in a sports bar with no rooting interest call it. I mean come on, it was blatant. We have all the technology and goofy rules for it, but when we really need it, we can't use it. Maybe this is where the conspiracy stuff comes in? -
How da hell does this happen in America?
reddogblitz replied to ExiledInIllinois's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I think one reason is they all know that they could fug up on the job any day and shoot someone by mistake. They don't want to go to jail for a mistake and they are all in it together. So when one shoots someone they all cover for him/her because next time it could be them. ExiledInIllinois may back me up on this, but its like if you're in a boat and some other boater is in trouble, you help them because next time it could be you. -

They don't have to have good aim to shoot in 3 shot bursts at someone less than 5 or 10 feet away. It's obvious to me after years and years and years of these things (it's not new) is that cops don't shoot you once in the leg so you can't get away, they fire multiple shots at a time. And enough of them are good enough at it to hit on multiple shots. -
I Don't LOVE or HATE Josh Allen. I judge a QB by 1 criteria only. Can we win with him? Is he a team leader? Does the team performs a level geater than the sum of it's parts when he is in? Does he perform well when the chips are down? Does he make mistakes to blow games? So far this season so good. What first round QBs have or have not done in the past is irrelevant IMHO.

Democratic 2020 Presidential Primary Thread
reddogblitz replied to snafu's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I just find it fascinating that now Democrats see themselves as the bastion of morality and dictating morality. I can't remember how many times I have now heard democrats say "we have to do it because it's morally right". I've heard it a lot. I remember when democrats used to castigate republicans for pushing morality like for song lyric censorship and two parent families etc. democrats used to be for letting individuals decide their own morality. No more it seems. -

I agree that this sound horrible and make absolutely no sense. However, I'm going to wait for more facts to trickle out before making a decision. Sometimes these things sound horrible at first like a kid getting shot in the back running away from the police with his hands up turns out to be a totally different once the investigation was done. Not saying whose fault it was or pre judging anything til I get more info. Quaint I know, but it's just how I roll in the era of social disinformation media.. -
2 trades to win this years super bowl...but at what cost
reddogblitz replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
in the long term we're all dead. Normally I my agree, but this year with the A FC being so bad And us being one of the only few good teams makes me think differently. We gotta take advantege. In another year of two when we have our ducks in a row, could be a different story. -
Colin's Newest Power Ranking: Bills at 9.
reddogblitz replied to mykidsdad's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Our record says we are tied for 3rd. I'm going to roll with that til proven otherwise. -
our D gives up only 14 per game. 2nd lowest n AFC. The Cheats score 32 points per game but only got 1/2 that against us. Don't sell ourselves short. I also would not be so sure that Coach McDermott won t tell Daboll to protect the football more and take less chances. O in Titans game looked more ball control oriented to me. And it's smart. We're set up to make some serious noise this year. We must take advantage. Every year is different.

I think the rules are purposefully put in this way to give the refs and league wiggle room to maybe even affect the outcome they want. I mean what would be wrong with saying a pass in complete if you catch the football and take 2 steps? Simple and quantifiable and verifiable. Bu if they put in the "football move" part they can justify calling whatever they want. This is why I quit watching NBA basketball. If I weren't addicted to football I would consider stop watching it as well. After a few more games like last night I might have to reconsider.
