  1. Win or Loose, we Drink the Booze- Kyle Orton, pregame pep talk
  2. My thoughts exactly..yes he played poorly but the WRs arent helping he has thrown some good deep passes that have layed in the WRs hands that they have dropped, The oline got handled quite often in that game too
  3. the Big Difference is that Watt lines up all over the D Line so its extremely difficult to key in on a game plan for him...The Man is unreal, Right now he is the best player in football, You watch he is changing the way the Defensive Line position is played the same way Lawrence Taylor did the linebacker position. Organizations will be looking for versatile players that can create havoc no matter where they are lined up at.
  4. I fthey are going to the playoffs they must win these types of games
  5. This is why he recieved a one year contract...Preston Brown is playing very well, next year Kiko will be back and Brown will be inside
  6. Hats off to Henderson, played a great game against a great player
  7. Im more concerned with our rookie RT lined up across from Cameron Wake
  8. Unleash him, don't unleash him..just keep winning
  9. Ill reserve my judgement after i see them play enough to get into the grove of the game..gonna be alot of pounding the rock
  10. Who knows some of the best Qbs in the league like Brady and Rogers didnt see they field until 5 years into their careers, and he looks better than Brees did this early
  11. EJ cant throw accurate long balls so no point in keeping a guy that can only run down field
  12. Ill miss KIko this season more
  13. NO.. to many young players on offense that would benefit from a huddle, confusion can turn to clarity much quicker with communication that a huddle provides. If running the ball is our bread and butter it just seems more logical to take the time to huddle up and keep the clock ticking. Keep and mind we have Brady twice a year and the less he is on the field the better. At least we have to be able to realize when the no huddle is not working during a game and adjust back to a huddle, instead of previous regimes which waited until after a loss or several losses before they realized that their schemes weren't working. But in the words of Darryl Talley " If you've got this well oiled machine, don't stop it on my account"
  14. I like what Whaley seems to be doing...Players don't want to be or stay in Buffalo so he seems to be Targeting the best players that he believes would want to be here and would be committed to turning this thing around. Watkins was a Bills fan growing up and Manuel is Bruce Smiths god son.
  15. I think they hang on to Urbik, he can play Center too, the youngsters are really going to have to impress the coaching staff and show that they can play week one to let him go. Wood has gotten his fair share of injuries, just doesn't seem smart to let a vet like this go. Pears will be the one former oline starter to go
  16. A Kid in his twenties smokes pot, drives fast, and makes stupid decisions...what is this world coming to?? This is just unheard of behavior
  17. I wouldn't sign any of them.. Ive seen enough patchwork QBing in Buffalo to win 6-7 games a year. it would be better to sign the worst possible QB available and get in the top 5 of the draft where we have a realistic chance of getting a franchise QB. It makes no sense to piece together a team that can only win against bad teams while in reality you remain below average
  18. Most of it just sounds like late teens early 20s typical stuff...party needs to end and growing up needs to start
  19. yes teams just flocked to sign Chan after he was available...he is a good addition to an offensive staff...poor coordinator and a bad head coach
  20. With Stevies bone head plays and DeSeans bone head plays we could really be onto something
  21. Our QB play hinders our Oline as much as everyone else on offense. While we have plenty of room for improvement they provided decent pass protection most of the time, and as far as run blocking is concerned theres is only so much they can do when they consistently face 8 man fronts. We don't have talented enough receivers that call for a double team and nobody is a big threat over the middle. Manuel struggles to hit our speedsters down field Chandler and Stevie just aren't a big enough threat underneath.
  22. I'm not surprised..aside from leading the league in sacks the defense just wasn't that good. As Bills fans we get a little over excited by anything positive we do, but in the grand scheme of things we still are a bad football team. This defense was fun to watch at times but was still walked all over far to many times. Its has marked improvement to build on but that is all.
  23. Our defense isn't just an aggressive attacking defense, its an over aggressive defense, meaning the pursuit so hard to the ball that they seem to forget their responsibilities. Screen plays, counters, reverses, and some other misdirection had much success on our D over the season. I like Pettine our defense has improved under him, yes it was great to have so many sacks but over all the defense wasn't that stellar.
