  1. Dude... that was crude. But, I must say... you're quick on your feet. The down side for me is I just spewed hot coffee all over my laptop from laughing so hard.
  2. How bout coming off sports hernia surgery and not ready to go?
  3. Great... a poor man's Sam Aiken
  4. Damn, this pisses me off because the Bills weren't smart enough to think of something like this. Hell, they might have won a super bowl by now if they'd only thought of cutting edge stuff like this.
  5. Oh God, no. Not another qb controversy. Hamden vs. Baker. And, both Dolphin rejects. JP has never looked better when stacked alongside those two stiffs.
  6. HTF would Banks know this? Schonert has never been an OC. No basis whatever to make that comment. This is the difference between fantasy and reality. I think Banks must be beta testing Madden 08 and putting his own fantasy ratings in for his players.
  7. R U on crack? Seriously... the Bills have 3 DEs plus Spencer Johnson, plus they spent a 3rd on Ellis? WTF does Taylor bring to this team... I'll tell you, a washed up DE with one, maybe two seasons left in the tank... if he plays part time... no way his pay is = 2 his performance.
  8. McGee is an excellent corner who continually gets abused by the fans when he gets torched, so I vehemently disagree with you in that regard. Two things you have to consider (and these aint given much consideration by most) 1) Mcgee is the primary KO returner for this team and each time the D gave up 6, he was right back on the field providing good field position for the O. That's a lot of plays for a D player to be on the field and expect to be at a high level play in and play out. And, especially when he brings a kick back 40 or more yards... or even the punishment he takes returning one for 20-30. 2) The 7 players that have been in front of him the past three seasons (primarily in the middle). Just the past two seasons alone has been a revolving door and a lot of inconsistency. Not a lot of pressure on the QB means pretty much means the QB passes with impunity. All cbs get torched once & while. I don't care what corner you put in his place... Bailey, Samuel... given the same circumstances, there aint gonn a be a dime's difference in the result.
  9. Whoa there fella. This D was 31 a year ago. Don't expect them to crack the top 10. As far as the cbs being "sick", well, when they get torched by Brady, we'll be able to say they were sick (as in didn't feel well) an wait til next time.
  10. I don't think it's just the Bills picks. I've been around a while... and this has got to be the worst draft clas I've ever seen. After round five, it just flat out seems to drop off.
  11. Fred Jackson is getting moved to wr. There, now you have your size (6'1" 215) and RAC ability.
  12. I'm defimitely not thrilled. But, you can't look at this one dimensionally. Not only do we not know specifically what the Bills are looking at and why, but probably less than 1/10th of one percent of us look at the Bills team in totality. Special teams in particular.... most tend to look ST as 4 positions... K, P, PR, KR. The biggest problem I have is they really haven't addressed DT. I thought for sure they'd bring in Stroud's heir apparent, cuz he's on a razor thin line. If he's injured or suspended, it changes the whole dynamic of the defense. He's head and shoulders above any DT on our roster, if healthy...and unless He proves differently, McCargo is a distant 2nd.
  13. Based on the attendance figures I've seen... they have no problem putting fans in ths seats. They may be a little lean on luxury box sales... but, that's not their fault... it's the economy and politics of their venue. That's why they're reaching out to Toronto. Oh... and just what do the fans think? Should the fans run the Bills draft... or just one fan, you?
  14. His official height, as measured at the combine, is 6'5 3/8". As far as the injury thing...you're being presumptuous. He's 216 lbs. and he should be able to add 6-8 lbs. of muscle. Will he get hurt? I'll guarantee he will... just like every other receiver.
  15. preposterous and defies logic... he'll still be there at #11, #12, #13, #14....etc.
  16. Dude... Shockey to Buffalo ain't gonna happen. Get over it, move on. I don't know where folks come up with this crap. Why would the Bills bring on a TE that is a locker room cancer, can't block, make way too much kwan, and is seriously damaged goods, let alone give up anything more than a 6th rounder. Totally stupid fantasy bull$hitt.
  17. where do we put him? On the frickin roster and let him earn a role. That's where!!!
  18. Mark this down. THE BILLS ARE NOT GOING TO SELECT DEVIN THOMAS AT #11. get over it now and move on.
  19. No no no... didn't the Raiders give up a #4 & #6 for the cb from the Falcons (Hall). If correct, that makes Sheppard worth only a 3rd. He's not as good as Hall and he hasn't been abel to stay healthy either. As one boarder also mentioned... he's at odds with the Beagles over his contract which still has 3 years. If his issue is money, I'm pretty sure the Bills aren't going to entertain that (see Darwin Walker).
  20. I'm pretty sure it was Dwight Adams.... and I think he was around for Evans & McGee.
  21. Bingo... you're one of the few that get it. Byrne's an a$$wipe that has a lower IQ than 90% of the "boarders". The other 10% not only read his stupid sh--, they brag about it.
  22. Did anyone consider the cap hit the Bengals take in the a$$ if they accepted the Skins deal? The reminder of his amortized bonus money rolls to the 08 cap. After June 15... to 09. Think that might have something to do with it?
  23. why even bring this up? AIn't ever gonna happen. The guy's a douchebag, one trick pony, damaged goods, and a locker room cancer anyway.
