It’s Florida. None of the NFL teams do well unless they win a SB. It’s a college football State. The NFL & AFL wanted a warm weather locale for the previously north east and central states only Leagues. But it’s worked out well as all northern teams who have games down here bring their fans for a reason to get out of the cold for a winter weekend.

I don’t think any team is confident they’ll get to the Super Bowl. Certainly San Fran and B’more are quality 1st seeds. But this season has taught every team that nothings guaranteed. Right now, I’ll just be thrilled if we win Sunday night. Even if we clinch a berth earlier in the day. Cinci came into our House last year and slapped us around in front of our Mothers. Confidence isn’t required, imo. Grit & determination is.

Ya never know. We rarely trade Draft picks except when added and replaced in a trade. Without question, it’s a real need that requires off season addressing. I’m just not in favor of another Zay Jones..

I was living in Dansville, NY at the time, well within the 90 mile radius for Bills to black out the game. But the small cable service available in that podunk town was privately owned and the guy was a huge Bills fan. As far as I know, he was never ‘caught’ pirating the feeds and we could always watch blackout games. The star on the top of this was the games never had any commercials! The feed would stay on with announcers rewinding plays to pinpoint aspects they’d talk about when the broadcast resumed OR just stay locked on the Jills fidgeting with their suits (😲)! I had the game being recorded and at halftime my son & I went out to play some street hockey in the driveway. He went back in and yelled out the game resumed and should he kill the VCR? I said “Nah, we deserve this from our 51-3 pasting of the Raiders.” Well, the rest is history. Everyone I know from WNY wanted a copy of the game for posterity! I was cranking out copies for weeks after!

Yes, but.. The Draft is simply a crap shoot. Especially with WRs. Ya just never know and they typically take a few years to realize their potential. Could be a bust or could be a Jerry Butler/JD Hill. Imo, a very good WR to play with Josh for a few seasons is best left to a trade or FA signing -Not early Draft picks.

We’re witnessing a replay of Mario Williams final season with the Bills. We loved the FA signing and he was great early on. But he completely fell off the radar to a point where he was manhandled by pedestrian Tackles one on one. A true liability every play he was on the field! In Millers’ case, he’s recovering from an injury he witlessly refused to acknowledge while being an absolute bore at a microphone. Compound this with the egregious charges he’s facing and his invisible presence on the field. It’s over. Sit him. June 1st it is. Edit: the poll won’t accept my vote as I didn’t answer the 1st question; WILL he be active on Sunday? I dunno..🤷‍♂️

The thing is though, Miami is $50m OVER the Cap now and MANY Dolphins contracts are expiring after the season. Compound this with a near completely bare cupboard for Draft picks due to their ‘All In To Beat Buffalo’ mantra and the end of this desperate and hopeful choice will reap zero rewards if we win Sunday. We’re known to bash Beane for filling our roster with ‘good not great’ players and being patient with their development, but our scheme is effective in today’s NFL. The Dolphins will field a much less talented roster next year and beyond. Re-Signing ‘Turnaballova’ will just make them our beotch even longer. They chose to go All In and they’re gonna pay the Piper for it. Jets giving away the farm for their egomaniac, flighty and washed up QB has them in the same boat with no oars. If we can win Sunday night, we COULD see a Division dominance that rivals Brady’s NE* days.
