That's a cop out, It would cost considerably more for a dome. Money that many taxpayers would be upset about.... I do not buy the winning at home argument either, but that's a different debate, and has NOTHING to do about the fact the costs of a Dome are considerably higher

Adding a dome would of moved the needle considerably.. I fail to see how it wouldn't. Maybe... I still find that to be a stretch.. To me I would measure a punters success how often he was able to drop it inside the 20 when in range and then for punts in general average hang time / Yards Per Punt keeping in mind how many times the punter had a short field when punting.

The piper always collects his due... You can push it down the road but you can't out run it.... Greenbay will have to make choices to get under the cap and in a year or 3 many more sacrifices will be made. You can push everything to the side for a year or 2 run....just not indefinitely
