I'm firmly in the "limit the designed runs" from Allen camp, unless the season is on the line. Allen can scramble when he has to but the designed runs need to be limited.

Disagree. Keeping Allen healthy for the next 10 years is the priority. Tune down the designed runs unless the season is on the line. We have plenty of upgrades for the passing game this year. The OC and Allen should have no problems finding open players who can do something with the ball. More short pass plays that are just as effective as a run game should be dialed up. Also our run game itself should improve IMO. OL should be more stable and new OL coach should help here.

Don't know what your trying to say here. He was wondering why Allen's design runs are not sustainable and I answered that. Not sure what I'm missing here I have no clue to the relevance of the persons name and how that fits either

You have a 250 million $$$ QB taking unnecessary hits. It is not sustainable. Chances of a season ending injury continue to climb every time Allen gets hit. Yes he is big and strong, and can take on more then most QB's but we shouldn't be pressing that button when we do not have to. If the season is on the line then let Allen run, but we need to limit his designed runs. Designed runs in the regular season is just an unnecessary risk.

If Austin makes the team he would be kept for his punt and kickoff return duties. So Kumerow might be the odd man out. Kumerow is easier to replace on ST's, and we need a better PR KR guy.

That #1 throw really was a cornucopia of Allen's talents on display. The Escaping of pressure his strength and his size, his ability to keep eyes down field and deliver the throw. Even some of greatest couldn't put that together in one play. If that happens just hit the back button and you can continue to browse the thread. this is not 100% true. The cap comes into play. Not like the fans think is should or did, but it does. The cap does cause some hard decisions. If not then why did the Rams not match offers for Von Miller? They had money put aside, but determined to expensive to match, and then used that money to extended Darnold. They could of just pushed it down the road but didn't, so I believe the cap did force that hard decision.

The running game which includes OL, and RB. We are better on paper but I got to see it with pads on CB, but same situation as above. Tre in pads during preseason looking sharp and Khalil Shakir showing he can handle the load. Got to see it to feel better about it MLB, I'm not as down on Edmunds as some here are, but with a greatly improved DL pass rush he should be capable of making some game changing plays

Cancel the game, go with skills competition. The trick is creating fun and interesting skill challenges that bring fun an entertainment. More than 40 yd dashes and QB arm strength/ accuracy. Those are good but if your gonna replace game they got to find a hook. Something unique, something that brings laughs and wow moments together.
