  1. these are the best. i would love to be on the set when they shoot them.
  2. original pizza logs are also sold at fine food outlets throughout western new york. i suggest purchasing some beforehand, stuffing them in your pants and sneaking them into the stadium. the mild fall weather paired with the warmth of your body will get them to a nice lukewarm temperature, thereby enhancing the eating experience. i never said they would do it alone. perhaps they could pair with bon jovi. everyone tells me he has $300 million. that means original pizza logs only have to come up with $700 million. easily do-able! this is a terrific idea. a latex covering would ensure that the log doesn't go limp in damp weather. please forward this idea to russ brandon and ted black today! please see my response above (i.e., stuffing your pants with logs and sneaking them in). that way, you have easy access to pure deliciousness!
  3. one thing lost in all the pegula talk is how new ownership will impact the future of original pizza logs in western new york. as we all know, original pizza logs are the official finger food of the sabres and bills. since both teams are housed under a single group, the synergy between original pizza logs and the respective organizations should be seamless. now, when people think, "buffalo sports teams" and "official finger foods" they will automatically think, "original pizza logs!" does anyone know of any planned cross promotions between the bills/sabres and original pizza logs? maybe if you buy season tickets to both teams, they will send you a voucher for a free log. or instead of hand delivering tickets to fans, the pegulas/ted nolan/ted black/russ brandon/thurman thomas/joe battista/mike gilbert/murph/st. doug/ryan fitzpatrick (when the bring him back next year)/etc. will show up on your front porch to deliver a log or or two. could you imagine indulging in an original pizza log with kim pegula while facetiming your wife? it certainly would further incentivize folks to buy tickets -- git 'r dun, buddy!!! thank you kim and terry pegula for saving our teams! and thank you original pizza logs, official finger food of both the bills and sabres!!! (p.s. has anyone considered the possibility of a brand spanking new "original pizza log stadium" in downtown buffalo? wink! wink! hint! hint!)
  4. thanks for you persistence. my sources at one bills drive are telling me blower, but it could be a game time decision.
  5. do you think we could convince everyone to not simply stand, but clap as well? maybe the fans could be instructed to react not unlike they would for a touchdown (i.e., loud cheering, excessive clapping, hooting, drunkenly punching each other in the face)?
  6. i also heard rumors that vincent gallo and chloe sevigny will be recreating that scene from brown bunny on the jumbotron during halftime.
  7. i don't mind the pegulas owning both the bills and sabres as long as their primary focus is on the bandits.
  8. all these years, i assumed jeff littmann was a ghost, a bogeyman, a myth, a whisper in the ether, a non-entity on which to place blame -- but certainly not a living, breathing creature of flesh and blood. apparently, he's an actual human being who wears suits and accessorizes with nfl ties and lanyards: http://www.buffalobi...43-091b23bc9167 kinda disappointing. i expected him to be a bit more like rich uncle pennybags from monopoly.
  9. it's kinda amusing to watch the nfl attempt to get the "new stadium in buffalo" drumbeat going. i'm curious how goodell, frank luntz and the owners will frame their argument for fleecing taxpayers without having the threat of relocation to scare everyone.
  10. the guys from def leppard.
  11. this thread jumped the shark before it even started.
  12. can i also say something about how poorly they handle domestic abuse cases or should i stick to today's officiating?
  13. from the article: "The report describes the relationship on both sides as "tense," with sources telling Mortensen that "nobody is untouchable" and a move to rookie quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo could happen "sooner than later." Supplementing that ambiguous timetable was a clarification stating that no source would confirm "sooner" meant a change to Garoppolo was coming this season." so you're saying that a 37 year old qb having a terrible season could possibly be benched next season (or maybe the one after)? fascinating...
  14. they'll really appreciate it, being a non-profit and all.
  15. i wonder what the analytics can tell us about garbage plates.
  16. if you see kid rock, tell him the world wants another duet with sheryl crow.
  17. last year, i got the same message using the wgr app. this year, i've been listening to games on my laptop via wgr.com and haven't had any issues. i haven't tried turning it on after the game has already started, however (when i listened this year, i turned it on for the pre-game). i wonder if you'll get that message if you try accessing wgr.com after kickoff? maybe they won't bump you off if you tune in before the game starts?
  18. the only thing luckier would have been if e.j. actually played well. then orton could just chill on the bench.
  19. if you haven't watched this yet, you should.
  20. are we sure it wasn't buddy who made the call on that? i mean, i'm sure that it had whaley's approval since he was the heir apparent, but it was officially instituted under buddy's watch. i can't determine who deserves the blame/credit.
  21. this dude is like seasonal herpes.
  22. give it time. the bills break everyone.
