    I don't think we had the personnel to run the 4-3. So switching is actually easier. We didn't have any decent DE's IMHO. The 3-4 should actually be easier to staff this year than the 4-3.

    They should just announce who made the all-pro team and then not play the game. No one wants to get hurt so why bother. Give them the honors of being named, get paid and leave it alone at that.

    A rate reduction might help. Depends who the QB is and how the O-line/DL is built up this year.

    Right now those win/loss records are better than what we have had for 10 years. And he has always won more games than lost, so that is a big improvement from what we have now.

    If you read any posts after that first one, there many more positive posts who said they liked Chan and wouldn't mind having him back. Pretty amazing that Dallas fans are talking this much about the hiring.
