‘It’s Over!‘: LeSean McCoy Rips Patriots Head Coach
Low Positive replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall
There was this one time when starting QB Scott Mitchell dressed up as Wayne Fontes for Halloween. It was a big scandal that lasted until the Thanksgiving game. -
It's so weird because i was just going through this season on Pro Football Reference. I remember the Fred Jackson stiff arm in week 1 and that Dolphins game. I also remember that Leodis McKelvin muffed punt in the KC game after the bye week. What I didn't remember was that Raiders' game. When I looked at the boxscore, what stood out to me was that the BIlls were favored by 6.5 on the road. All I remember is the McKelvin muffed punt.

It goes beyond that. A Denver radio host said that he's got an office in the stadium and his own training and nutritional staff.

The Bills are so good that I’m not “scared” of anyone. However, the Chiefs looked really good and the Chargers looked pretty good against a tough opponent. The Bengals will be better than that once Joe Burrow plays himself into game shape. The Ravens also have the potential to be really tough in a single elimination game as do the Colts. If you wanna play with the big boys, you gotta beat tough teams.

What games are you interested to watch this weekend?
Low Positive replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall
Steelers-Bengals is what's on here in Cincinnati, so I'll watch that. But the most interesting game is the Raiders-Chargers. -
I wonder if Tua's dad still beats the **** out of him after every loss.

Week 1: Bills at Rams on TNF in NFL Kickoff Game
Low Positive replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
I gotta keep reminding myself that this is only week 1. I'm keyed up for this like its a playoff game. -
Stefon Diggs is better than Cooper Kupp
Low Positive replied to extrahammer's topic in The Stadium Wall
Reading the responses to this thread reminds me that we were a terrible franchise for many years. It's why so many posters on TSW think that players on other teams are automatically better than Bills players. It's reverse homerism and it's a coping mechanism that we all developed to get through the lean years. I think that we have a few posters on this board that would trade our roster for the Jets roster because they have "better depth." We have posters here that defend Brady ON A BILLS MESSAGE BOARD. Yeah, Tom Brady is objectively the greatest to ever do it, but I'm a Bills fan so F that dude. Is Diggs better than CK? Probably not, but Diggs is our guy so I'll ride with him. -
Buffalo songs and rituals for celebrating Bills victories

Very few teams have depth at TE beyond the starter. Same goes for OL.

It's the Patriot way...

There were no message boards back then, at least not that anyone but real geeks used. Sports fans haven't changed, it's just that we have the ability to make asses out of ourselves (semi) publicly now. I'm sure if there were messages boards back in the 1925 the Yankees' board would have had a 100+ page thread on Wally Pipp vs Lou Gehrig.

Get outta here with your "facts!" This thread is for whining about how our 3rd string OG is not an all-pro. 😁

I wonder how many guys that we cut today would have started on the 2016 BIlls?

Matt Araiza accused of rape, served with a lawsuit.

Apparently he can't be put on the exempt list because this occurred prior to him being drafted. -
OT: Belichick says that Mac's improvement is "dramatic"
Low Positive replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is what I think. He does check a lot of old school boxes. GMs loved him because you knew exactly what you were getting. People in NE are expecting a second year leap, but there is no where for him to go. Any flaws in his game that could be improved by coaching were corrected at some passing academy a decade ago.
