  1. Sure, but the game was still RIGHT THERE at the end for the taking. That had nothing to do with injuries to the defense.
  2. Same thing was true with Mike McDaniel, Kevin O'Connell, Shane Steichen, and Zac Taylor himself.
  3. Let me give you an on-the-ground report from Cincinnati. Bengals fans think that Taylor is a horrible playcaller and wanted those duties handed to Callahan. They complain about a lack of motion and creativity that gets covered up by Burrow and Chase. Oh, and they all want Anarumo fired most of all. The Bengals had one of the worst defenses this year. Bills fans don't know this because they played their best game of the year against us.
  4. They might have to make an internal coaching hire too. Who wants to move their family just to have Tepper fire them in 8 months?
  5. Sounds to me like he doesn't have much of a choice but to test free agency.
  6. The Ravens fall-off last year was because Lamar got hurt. The big difference this year is that, for once, he played in all the games.
  7. No. Because if we had scored a TD there we would have only been up 3 and we know how that story would have ended. Josh did throw it into the EZ twice. They were going for a TD. They just didn't connect. If you want to sum up the entire game by one play, it was Chris Jones driving Dawkins into Allen to stop that TD. It was a great play by a great player.
  8. I hope that the Ravens do win, because it will break that stupid 5-year rule that everyone likes to cite.
  9. All we need is Josh to dress up as McDermott for Halloween to complete the cycle.
  10. Every game is it’s own world. In the past, McDermott did a good job stopping Lamar. I think that we had a shot.
  11. Mahomes was not a sure thing at all coming out of college. He didn't win in the Big 12 and he was coming from the Air Raid offense that had yet to produce an NFL QB. In hindsight, it was a poor decision to trade that pick but at the time the Chiefs took a pretty big risk. The fact that he can sit in the pocket and run through his progressions is a huge surprise because he never did that in high school or college. There is also no guarantee that the Bills take Jefferson. Remember, Jalen Reagor was drafted before him.
  12. I know that you're joking, but coach contracts don't count against the cap. Money won't be the reason that McDermott is not let go.
  13. If fans want to know what Brady actually wants to do, they should go look at 2019 LSU highlights. Burrow threw the ball all over the place to Chase and Jefferson. The Bills just don't have the players to do that.
  14. This loss hurt me more than any of the others. I went to bed mad and woke up mad. This was the opportunity and the Bills blew it. Next year, the Chiefs will have better WRs, Joe Burrow will stay healthy, Aaron Rodgers will play a whole season, CJ Stroud won't be a rookie, and the Bills are in cap trouble. I want big and drastic changes but I know that I won't get them. This feels like the end of something.
  15. That was a complete rebuild. They had McNabb and TO. Then they didn't You wanna move on from Josh?
  16. Nobody understands the cap.
  17. News here in Cincinnati is that Higgins wants to be a Bengal for life and will be tagged and they will run in back with a healthy Burrow and a 4th-place schedule.
  18. for the Eagles to win, they had to cut it all down. New coach, but also all new players including a new QB. it was a studs-out rebuild.
  19. I live in Cincinnati. According to all the local news, Tee Higgins wants to remain a Bengal and expects to be tagged. So they will run it back with a 4th place schedule. They'll get the 1 seed. This was the year, and the Bills blew it.
  20. They didn't go right from Reid to Pederson. They had two years of Chip Kelly in between.
  21. I'm not mad. I'm sad. This team will never beat that team when it matters. And we're along in that, because the Bengals beat them in Arrowhead in the playoffs. The Buffalo Bills, in all actually, will never win a SB. NEVER. It is a loser franchise.
  22. All teams have injuries. The Chiefs will win the SB again this year and then fix their skill position problem. This was the narrow window. Who cares. I would rather have the draft pick.
  23. No, the Bills won't fire McDermott. But they should. We, as fans, simply cannot do this anymore. But Pegula doesn't see it that way and his opinion is all that matters. He has different motivations. But I'm done. I'm back to drought-era levels of not caring because these guys cannot win.
  24. Spags has made an adjustment. We have to stop running the ball.
