  1. The problem with Willis is incositency at pass blocking. When the guy blocks a blitzer he stops him on his track. That block against two Phinz was textbook blocking. Amazing one. In the next play of the very same game, he left a blizting safety get the sack (leading to a fumble that the refs overruled because the QB safety rule). I could only scratch my head after that one. Granted he was going on out to run his route but he didn't even slow the guy down, giving his QB time to throw it away or sidestep the pressure. I mean, there is no doubt the guy can pass block, it's his consistency that it's at stake.
  2. That's what I think too. Imagine if the coaches (like MM) tell him, go out there and do your thing you'll see a poors man Michael Vick. Who btw is an awful QB.
  3. Great post Ramius.
  4. This team cannot stop a QB sneak.
  5. Only a Sith deals in absolutes.
  6. That pass was sweet. The jet defender slapped Price's arm as the ball hit his hands. That was a tough catch to make.
  7. Exactly, we had 3 trips to the redzone and only 6 points to show for it. We must improve in this area.
  8. With only 12 starts. I know you don't like him, so I'll leave it at that.
  9. Good post JDG. Hopefully he can improve and learn from this game.
  10. Plenty of bad things and plenty of good stuff from him First fumble his fault, that INT was his fault too. but the 2nd fumble was all on McGahee, failed to pick up a blitziing SAFETY, sheesh, and people wonder why he wasn't on the field last year on third downs.
  11. I don't think they'd listen to me. How is Cedric Houston doing? Will he start? I wanted the Bills to draft this guy in 2005 to back up McGahee. Those Vols runners are tough.
  12. If we start winning the mediots will start talking us up, and then the fans won't like it, they'll think they're jinxing us. I can see it now
  13. I think Rosie Colvin is another guy Angelo didn't resign.
  14. Milwaukee Thomas was all over the field today. Solid game.
  15. I would say they're always here. so I would change the title of this thread to Guess who just arrived? a competent coaching staff and FO.
  16. He was carefull with the ball and play a clean game, but I'd like to see a little more from him.
  17. LMAO Note: buy a pager. Those come in handy in those type of situations.
  18. Can Leonhard return punts? Somehow I don't feel confident with Parrish back there.
  19. Didn't know that, thanks for the heads up
  20. I think he signed with the Saints.
  21. How complicated can a scheme be for a secondary? That's all hear from the Mammals fans when questioned about their subpar performance. I smell a rat or a fish with that secondary.
  22. We should try to get Steinbach in the offseason, if the Bengals are not interested or don't have the money to resign him.
  23. He didn't make it, I watched it several times. What I don't understand is what Fowler did on that play, either he was held to the ground or he purposely went at Wilfork's legs, what sucked there, is that by doing so he cleared the way for #51 (who dat?) who grabbed McGahee's ankles preventing him to keep his legs moving.
  24. It's not about positions, I know McCargo is most likely to sub Tripplet instead of Williams. I was only saying that I'd add another body to the mix of interior linemen so they can be more effective in the last quarter.
  25. I saw very little of McCargo against the Patriots, and that's not encouraging because Anderson gets pushed back a lot on running plays. With what I saw from Denney, Schobel and Kelsay I think we should cut Powell and resign either Sape or Jefferson. We must add someone else in the interior rotation. They looked tired in the 4th Qtr.
