And you won't be wrong. Just look at what happened when Dareus went down last week. Defense was deflated and the Raiders took advantage of it by running right at the guy replacing him. I believe is easier to mask talent on the offensive side of the ball with someone that's innovative, it can be done, but it shouldn't be a thing that you plan long term, we need to bring more talent, pure and simple. Hopefully one of the two OL we drafted last year can help going forwards.

No offense, but this is one of the dumbest thing I read on this board. I repeat, no offense. Pegula just got the team and has 1.4 billion points in credibility as we speak.

I would not be opposed if they fire him, but we need to improve OL and bring at least two new QBs, we can't sit on our asses and be happy with Orton, EJ and Tuel, if you have to draft one, so be it. I hope Pegula stresses the importance of always being active while looking for QBs when you don't have a reliable one.

Unfortunately not many fans can see this. It's easier to bring talent to the OL or bring an experienced playcaller than make every person under you accountable for their jobs and actions. I have a suspicion players like to play for him and would hate to see him go.

As a DC I assume. The guy gets high praise but he was subpar as a HC and is as conservative as Marrone is. He is a bad clock manager and his teams are only prepared for great teams because I believe he believes his mere presence can beat "lesser" opponents. If I'm not mistaken he has yet to win a game after a bye week. Then there is his off-the field persona, where he talks to much, he inflates his players talents and that puts his GM or owner in an bad position to do their jobs.

I agree, no one could foresee Thad Lewis regressing the way he did, I was sincerely expecting some growth in his game.

I think he panicked more with Cujo than with Sammy. They forced that pick because the plan going into the draft was to upgrade the OL, the guy was badly beaten all pre-season. IIRC, it wasn't a very good draft for offensive fat guys.
