    Public speaking might be important but it will never be as important as the ability to spot talent. I need a GM that can find talent and not appease the masses with flawless rethoric.

    I want to remind everyobdy here, that HOUSE is the former "artist" known as Skooby. As for the malcontents, lazy or unfocused players, they will adapt or they will be gone. Whether we like it or not, Dareus finally got what he wished for, a defensive system that suits his talents. We will see how he takes the tough love McD will provide.

    That's more than necessary to play LB. We will be more than fine with Preston Brown, Ragland and (hopefully) Zach Brown. Actually, we should be more worried with the depth behind Hughes and Lawson. This D will need defensive ends.

    I would not re-sign Gilmore, we will be playing a lot of zone and he's not the best player playing forwards and closing in on the ball. Priority on these players: Bob Woods Zach Brown Jerome Felton Depth and ST guys: Justin Hunter Brandon Tate Corey White Chris Gragg
