That's more than necessary to play LB. We will be more than fine with Preston Brown, Ragland and (hopefully) Zach Brown. Actually, we should be more worried with the depth behind Hughes and Lawson. This D will need defensive ends.
I would not re-sign Gilmore, we will be playing a lot of zone and he's not the best player playing forwards and closing in on the ball.
Priority on these players:
Bob Woods
Zach Brown
Jerome Felton
Depth and ST guys:
Justin Hunter
Brandon Tate
Corey White
Chris Gragg
I hope there's no press conference, or better yet, they schedule one and then they postpone it for a few hours and Scott Berchtold starts his stand-up comedy carrer in front of Jerry Sulivan.
Best Moves/traits
- Bring Jim Monos
- assesing the right value to his own players and FA
- overall good drafting
Worst Moves/traits
- thinking the QBs you have are good enough, you can always get better at the position if you don't a franchise QB
- needs to own the mistakes
- not making a stand with the Pegulas regarding Ryan.
It doesn't matter who your back-up QB is if you have a franchise QB. If the latter goes down you're screwed, no matter how good the defense is.
EJ is no more with this franchise, at least he shouldn't be.
One of the reasons the Ryan brothers are out of Buffalo

Ajayi vs BUF game 1: 214 yds
"Can't let Ajayi loose"
Game 2: 206 yards
Ajayi vs PIT game 1: 204 yds
"Can't let Ajayi loose"
Game 2: 23 yds
That is one expensive back-up, besides I would be inclined to think that he would still like to play in this league.
McCarron is a ?, I would trade for him and promise that he will be given a chance to be the starter in TC.
If we bring someone like Hoyer, i hope that with that top 10 pick we bring a QB. With a good running game and solid defense he might get by until the rookie or Caradale are ready.
After reading Scheffter "news", that Tyrod Taylor might not be in the Bills long term plans I was searching for other teams QBs, to see, first who would be a viable option to QB this team going forwards and second how much would it take to bring them in.
Obviously, this is not a long list, it wil be interesting to see what would you be willing to trade for these QBs:
Tony Romo, signed through to 2019 with a base salary of 18.000.000 (average), will will turn 33 next year.
AJ McCarron, signed through to 2017, still in his rookie deal (5th rounder), age: 26
Colt McCoy, signed through to with a base salary of 3.000.000 (average), age 29
Other possibilities in FA would be Matt Barkley or Brian Hoyer The Bears have nothing at QB, so they might re-sign Barkley to be their starter next year.
