  1. hey, I have a pen and notepad, I'm winning.... Seriously, the curse of this team is that we're mediocre, we're never Browns 2016 or Lions 2008 bad. This same scenario happened with Marrone, the offensive guru that couldn't make the offense going but had the eye to bring good defensive coordinators. When Rex finds a good scoring offense, his defense can't be anywhere as consistent as it needs to be to carry this team. We're so close to being a team like the Chiefs but yet so far to accomplish it. What do you? do you blow it up again after two years or seat everyone in the building, tell them to stop !@#$ing around and grab the damn carrot.
  2. Both him and Woods were dressed to run block.
  3. Good to know other NFL rosters don't have holes.
  4. The offense works, the defense doesn't. What do you do? Without Rex, there is no more bad defense, but there isn't Lynn, TT and his conservative offense either. What does Pegula do? Tell Rex to ditch his system, get a new DC (maybe Bradley) and keep TT and the offense? Can Rex's ego handle that?
  5. I hope they break Brady in two. C'mon Von MIller, you can do it.
  6. Titans win, glad for Mularkey.
  7. flagfest in Houston...
  8. The dolphins are no push overs, Gase has instilled a strong mentality to that roster.
  9. And Fitz keep getting chances to show he sucks. Benched twice, but he keeps coming back (whack a mole style)
  10. It's better to try and fail than not try at all. That is TT, no guts, no glory. (in the passing game, of course)
  11. I don't really see it that way, the Pegulas brought Rex and trusted him to make the defense better and make the playoffs with the roster at hand (I agree with you that they made the wrong decision) Do you think that the Pegulas are happy that with three games to go in year two, the defense has gotten worse and we might miss the playoffs again? Rex sold them a bully and playoffs, he failed to deliver, he's not a rookie HC that you might give the guy some leeway to get it right.
  12. Actually that is not what we want, we want this franchise to really deem the position as the most important position in football. Over the years the urgency to find a QB was not there, the FO always thought they had a player good enough for the position, they didn't do their due diligence to improve the position because they thought they had it covered with the likes of Trent Edwards, JP Losman, EJ Manuel, Tyrod Taylor, etc. If you enter the off-season with a question mark at QB and you have to rely on the progression of a 4th round QB, you don't have the position well covered, you go into the draft trying to improve it. Meet with every QB, talk to them, spend time with them, get to know who has the drive to become the best at the position, if you don't have the guys that can identify those treats add them to the scouting staff until you find that QB that can help elevate your team. It seem the Jets said, hey let's draft some QBs, we might get lucky, but make no mistake, they were wrong to bring Fitz back, they should have given the team to Smith and really find out about him.
  13. The Pegulas: I know they can't be fired, but they brought Rex who dismantled a very productive D in the process, their policy regarding QBs needs to change, spend resources and time to find a franchise QB. Rex: two years running and his defense is getting worse. TT: he is what he is, a great athlete with a good arm but with poor QB skills. Brandon: the Bills should start a reality show named the "The life of Brandon" where they follow his every move once he steps in the Bills offices so fans can check out if he really has any input in football meetings. Whaley: he has a good eye to find talent. The Pegulas should give him the freedom to find the HC of his choice without interference by them or Brandon.
  14. Rex should just shut up, coach the living **** out of these next three games and see what happens.
  15. Can we re-signed him to the PS? We shouldn't lose a potentially good player like that.
  16. Albright waived? Why promote him to the roster a week earlier? Doesn't make too much sense.
  17. I would be fairly excited with Coughlin, because he has been in the league enough to know that without a franchise QB you are going nowhere and I believe that his first requirement as HC, would be to get one.
  18. why are we so afraid of this? Why is it that when you have a young QB people doesn't want to bring competition? The QB in question will have to step up or shut up, I couldn't care less of that guy's feelings.
  19. Tom Coughlin, maybe? A SB winning HC, that still wants to coach that will bring discipline and accountability to the team, because the players aren't bystanders in this mess.
  20. I'm worried with Bills' scouts dental insurance, Ralph was cheap....
  21. Doug Whaley and the HC/QB of his choice.
  22. I know, but give him these three games to show it. Maybe one of his misses loses a game for us gives us a better draft position.
  23. I still like Whaley, I think he has an eye for finding talent. Pegula should fire him or give him full responsibility of the football operation going forward, let him sink or swim without outside imput. Let him find the coach and QB he desires, no more this consensus group BS. Let him say on the press, these are my players, this is my coach and this is my vision as a team. He can't hide behind group thinking or group work. put up or shut up.
