The Dems should call their platform "Democrat Prime". Free college, free healthcare, free housing, free food, free phone/cable/internet and of course free shipping for all of it.

It's the college and financial aid applications that would be of great interest.

We are set set up as a higher risk higher reward society. It's deliberately so. It's not those with money that necessarily win, it's those that make the effort to win who end up with money. You could take all the country's money and divide it evenly among all citizens and in a couple years the same people who were rich before will be rich again and the poor will again be poor. Happiness is not guaranteed, only the pursuit of such and unfortunately the majority of Americans don't make the most of their opportunity through no fault of others or fault of the government.

Maybe not the problem. You can buy a lot of votes with the promise of free stuff and outside of free stuff, what have they got right now?

Kennedy is/was the most moderate on the court now. A trump replacement won't swing the court much in the conservative direction except that a true conservative and and a much younger one will be on board for much longer. Ginsberg may die on the bench. She's too stubborn to retire.

OK, so Strzok will be interviewed today. Many might be expecting something big from this. I doubt it. Won't he simply answer (at least for now) that what he meant in some of his texts about stopping Trump was that they wanted to stop Trump from winning while being aided by the Russians? That at that time there was some evidence of Russian interference and that it was his/their duty to identify it and stop it for the sake of our nation? With regard to Clinton won't he say something like they weren't finding intent and that it wasn't worth investing more time and that Comey went off on his own on this? Something like that? Unfortunately I doubt we learn much today.

BIG jump from college to the NFL. So much for a rookie to learn. It's really not fair IMO to expect Allen to win the job or to judge him too much over the next 3-4 months. AJ should have a leg up on the other two as he's been at this longer and is most likely IMO to prevail over a very short 6 week training camp and pre-season.

We can only hope for more of this.

Dumbass Trump should have included countries like Guatemala, Honduras, etc.... in the ban. There must be some national security threat that could be cited. Maybe now emboldened by today's decision he will. That should put the left into orbit.

Jeesh, at least try to spin a story that this progress would not have been possible without Obama laying the groundwork.

Obama was incredibly soft. You can't get much softer than processing people through the border outside of the legal immigration system, putting them on buses and planes to the interior of the country and funding churches and other non-profit groups to provide care. As far as his big numbers of deportations, his administration changed the reporting methodology to include those who were turned away at the border as a "deportation". In typical Obama fashion, he spoke out of both sides of his mouth. Making public statements which appeared to discourage illegal immigration while telling Janet Nap and Jeh Johnson to carry out very different orders.

So much for Maxine winning on policy positions. Goes for her entire party.

It would be more fun to outlaw other people's money and watch Democrats, and for that matter, Republicans too.
