  1. See, that's why Beane traded him
  2. I told everyone this was going to happen as soon as he got released.
  3. I would lose
  4. KC is the new NE for the NFL. Everything is slanted towards their favor, as much as can be without being over the top obvious to the entire audience. The "sticky" coverage, the OL holding, and some other stuff that may go unnoticed here or there. Especially once the NFL had their ultimate cash cow in Taylor Swift. The full frontal assault to reel in all the Swifties was on.
  5. Without hesitation, I let him kick. Just my 2. To me this seems more like a "do you trust a McDermott defense?" type of question. I don't know if I do, but I'd rather let Bass kick than try a 4th and 7.
  6. My expectations are extremely tempered this year, but it's still Bills football. We still have Josh Allen and he's always fun to watch. And because we have Josh Allen, we'll always be competitive.
  7. Nope, that would be the entire Cowboys season if he doesn't get that Lamb back in with the flock
  8. It is what it is. Who could have known Mahomes and Kelce would sell their souls to Satan like Brady did?
  9. You know who is available?
  10. Do we? I think so. Josh is still Josh. He IS still Superman. We may not win the division though. We have the hardest schedule out of the rest. The OL makes me nervous, the Safety depth chart makes me nervous, and Milano going down adds to the uncertainty on the defensive side of the ball. The OL, if it has taken a step back, will drastically affect the running game and put even more weight on Josh. I don't want to see Hamlin on the field except for ST's. If he's starting, we're in trouble. I have faith that Williams can be solid in Milano's place, but our depth just took a huge hit. The WR group, though not the greatest, Josh has succeeded with less. I think we can get in the Playoffs. I think we could win the division still. But this schedule, more than years past, could put us in a bind quick.
  11. Then add in the Safety question marks to Milano's absence.
  12. Why? Because we all know "Cain Is Able"
  13. TO is still running 4.4 40's at 50. The key to the city is available too.
  14. What, like McDermott did? It's just odd. They sucked last year and drafted Drake Maye, whom they hope is their franchise QB, at #3. Now they get rid of arguably their best defensive player. This comes on the heels of losing Barmore indefinitely to blood clots. It's like they're throwing in the towel already. I hope they are trash again. That organization and fan base deserve it.
  15. Well, the Pats are headed for last place in the division again.
  16. The Vikings are getting a head start on their 2025 Draft boards. Sheesh.
  17. Oh, you forget the Jeremy Maclin thread my friend That was 227 pages. Jerry has been negotiating against himself for years. I think he does it more to keep himself and his team in the headlines. He should have done a deal with Dak last year and he should have made Lamb a priority in the Spring before all of these other WR contracts started dropping. He can't get out of his own way.
  18. You best protect ya neck!
  19. Crazy that I said this in June
  20. Reddick has the $$$ where he can sit back a few weeks, report, and then still not play so his year accrues towards FA. Have a feeling that is what he will do.
  21. Safety and the OL are my biggest concerns. Weeks 2-6 will tell us how we stack up pretty quick. That will be Miami, Jax, Baltimore, Houston, and NY Jets. Tough schedule this year. No room for error.
  22. This is the first time seeing this thread and reading through it. I don't know about a Reddit post, or its validity. But if it is true, that he made a Lil Wayne concert mandatory, that's easily a violation of NCAA rules in itself. There are other things about that situation that I will not get into on the subject, things that make me a bit uneasy about it. The Athlon report, however, is different altogether. I had a feeling that everything about this hire was a charade. The elder Sanders' intentions, and how he operated. This report really doesn't surprise me. It seems like anything and everything is revolved around money, flashing whatever they have, and turning the football program basically into a rap video.
