I used to know a guy who sold his company to a bank for $30M, signed a $50M management consulting contract with them, had the contract bought out, then bought his company back for $3M, then sold it again to the same bank for $20M. Cleared $100M doing nothing. Also met someone else recently who built a company solely on consulting to HHS, had it bought from them by a large company for the HHS contracts, started another company that over time got those same HHS contracts away from the large company (who was underperforming on those contracts), then had the large company buy their new company. Don't know the dollar amounts involved, but probably low nine-figures. If you do it right, government consulting is an ATM.

Actually, they probably couldn't, simply because of this concept of "states." States have regulatory responsibilities over health care and health insurance - the latter being one of the big reasons why the ACA was structured as it was, and why Medicaid programs are run by states with funding through federal block grants (yes, even the "single payer" examples used by its advocates aren't "single payer.") True "single payer" at the federal level introduces some very serious constitutional issues concerning separation of powers, and is unlikely to survive a court challenge.

Fly. Invisibility sounds cool...but really, it's be a pain in the ass. People'd be bumping in to you all the time, you'd never get any service at McDonalds, how the hell would you ever have any sort of medical procedure done? And being invisible on demand...I mean, hell, you'd have to take your clothes off and either carry them with you (which defeats the purpose of invisibility) or stash them somewhere...and forget about it in winter, running around naked in the snow simply not to be seen. And what am I going to do with it? Rob banks? "Hey, look at that pile of money floating in midair. Must be that invisible asshat robbing a bank again." Invisibility is a waste of time. Flying, though...I may as well be invisible, because you're not going to see me after I rob a bank and fly away from your sorry invisible ass with all the money.
