    Let me explain. In my line of work, there are always former employees that come back around from time to time to say hello. Some of them were there for years. When they give me advice or share their past job stories, I listen. It isn't threatening to my boss that they come around from time to time and it isn't threatening to me to listen to them.

    Stephen A Smith is bad too. On the other hand, I enjoy listening to Jason Whitlock. He says things that you can tell make cowherd and the others uncomfortable. It makes them uncomfortable because most of what he says is true

    This is what someone I know in the organization said too. They are a player - that's all I'll say. They are considering trading Watkins too. There is an internal struggle going on: total rebuild or making one last run with these players. No decision has been made yet though. But trading Watkins and shady is on the table according to one of our players.

The discussion at OBD is this: Cardale as the starter, and thinking of trading Shady or Watkins or both.     I really encourage you to read Spygate by Byran O'Leary. BB's success is due to Ernie Adams. If you disregard the book, read Dan Shanussey's piece about Ernie Adams from the Boston Globe. Ernie is the X's and O's guy and the guy behind Spygate, etc...
