Maybe so on Leinart but I think Cutler will be SPECIAL...I've watched alot of football over the years and even though it was only one game and preseason Cutler was outstanding last week on the road against the Lions...nice setup...outstanding arm and mobility and no problems turning the ball over or making bad decisions.

Since WKBW channel 7 is showing the replay of the game at 8:00pm tonight the Bills/Bengals wont be telecast in the Buffalo area on the NFL Network at 1:00pm today.

Losman has the ability to be a decent NFL QB if he can hold onto the football and cut down on his mistakes....but even if he does pan out I'm not sure he will ever be as good as either Matt Leinart or Jay Cutler two QB's that we passed up in the Draft.

I know the neighborhood and the street is good but there's still alot of riff-raff running around the area so I wouldn't consider it a real safe place. He would have been alot better off in OP, but from what I hear Losman likes the Elmwood strip and the "lifestyle" that goes with the territory.

The truth of the matter is whether you like Salisbury or not his prediction isn't too off base unless you think this team has a chance of winning 8 games which just won't happen. Winning 6 games would be a about right considering the talent that the rest of the AFC teams have. The NFL ain't like Hockey guys!

I don't candy-coat when it comes to the Bills, I tell it like it is and I'm not always in the Bills corner but they had a solid draft so far. Whitner is a playmaker and would have been taken in the mid-teens if the Bills didn't draft him - although I felt we should have moved down a few spots added a pick and then take him. McCargo is a perfect fit for our new defensive scheme and was one of the draft's risers in the days leading up to yesterday. Youboty carried a late first to second round grade going into the draft but some teams downgraded him because he's young and a bit immature at this time. The Bills addressed their needs on the offensive side of the ball in free agency and turned their attention to the defense in the draft. The Bills didn't take a OT because when they were picking in the third round the players left on the board weren't starting material and were rated much lower than Youboty.

If we want to assure ourselves of getting McCargo we will deal up for him because the Lions picking ahead of us in the second round might also be looking at him since they too will be switching over to a Cover 2 under Rod Maranelli.

The name: John McCargo occupation: Defensive Tackle reason: The Bills won't be forced to take a Defensive Tackle with the 8th pick. The Bills don't like Bunkley because of character issues and Ngata isn't the type of DT the Bills want in their new scheme. John McCargo on the other hand would be a perfect, PERFECT fit in the Bills new scheme.
