  1. This would be an early Xmas gift for the Bills. Will it happen? Probably not, but Gosselin has one of the better mocks out there.
  2. By the way, the 15 that Bunkley first scored on his wonderlic is more accurate then the 31 he supposedly scored. Agents have a way to try to get their clients to score higher on the wonderlic and it goes like this: The wonderlic has 50 questions in the test. Everyone that takes the test has exactly 12 minutes to answer as many questions as they can. The Agents instruct their players to quickly scan through the easy questions and answer as many as possible while skipping over the tough questions. After scanning through the 50 questions and answering the easy ones, they are then instructed to fill in an answer for all of the multiple answer questions as in either A,B, C or D. In other words guess on the tough questions and fill in an answer. Thus in the 12 minutes a player with average intelligence might score a 18 out of say 25 questions he answered. If he then takes a shot at the other 25 questions and gets 7 right his score becomes a decent 25.
  3. You have a point! That's are HOF GM overpaying for another free agent reject! I guess Marv would be dumb enough to take Bunkley and continue the mess that he's making over at One Bills Drive.
  4. I take it you were looking in the mirror? Just stating a fact! It is what it is! No candy-coating here!
  5. Great reply! He also has an injury history: 1998: Suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee as freshman and had surgery one year later (11/99). 2002: Tore his left knee medial collateral ligament in the Florida game (11/30) when a Gators offensive lineman was penalized for a personal foul after delivering a dive block at Bunkley's knee following the play. 2004: Suffered a severe right ankle sprain that would force him to miss the Syracuse (10/09) and Wake Forest (10/23) games. The injury would limit him throughout the second half of the season.
  6. Link?? Prove it! In 2005 he was ruled academically ineligible during the spring. Attended summer school and was not allowed to participate in fall camp until his grades were posted.
  7. If the Bills draft Bunkley then Marv will be contradicting himself because he stated that he's looking for high character guys and smart football players. Bunkley is dumber than a box of rocks (sorry rocks) and has had issues off the field.
  8. Yup, so are alot of draft sites out there that have us taking Bunkley.
  9. I know we have to spend X amount on rookie salaries but the signing bonus is much larger for a top 10 pick then one at #17.
  10. One of the reasons i asked this question is I caught Kirwan and Ryan doing a mock today on Sirius and they had Hawk slipping to the Browns at #12 and the Bills taking Bunkley.
  11. If all three are still available which player would be the best fit for our Defense? Ngata, Bunkley or Hawk??? I'd take Hawk even though Linebacker isn't a great need.
  12. Just been wondering if the Bills will keep the pick and pay a big salary or move out and trade down and take on a lesser deal>
  13. I got the dvd too but mine cuts off in the middle of the Senior Bowl stuff. Has anyone else that bought it had the same problem?
  14. If Nall beats Losman out for the starting or even backup job then Losman is done like a fine cooked turkey on Thanksgiving day!
  15. You guys gotta get it right, it was Adam Shein not John Riggins that said this. Shein sounds like Riggo. John Riggins has been replaced by Randy Cross on the "Afternoon Drive".
  16. I played in the league and coached in it! My only regret is that I didn't give my star running back a chance to score a TD in the biggest game of them all.
  17. Your missing the point, when Polian went to Indy they were a terrible team, He built that team into a perenial winner capable of winning it all each and every season. Now, you hire Levy to Coach a team like the Chiefs (which he did) back in the day, he did nothing for the franchise. Bill Polian did! Bottom Line - Levy was just Lucky to step into the situation that he did with the Bills and another Coach like a Jim Mora would have gotten to the Bowl as well because the team was too good for even a lousy Coach like Levy to screw up!
  18. They weren't outcoached, they outcoached Levy! Jimmy Johnson twice in the Super Bowl Joe Gibbs once in the Super Bowl Bill Parcells once in the Super Bowl
  19. And the Bills team wasn't stacked??? Sure the Players will credit Levy because he was their Coach.
  20. I read the other thread that was posted about Marv ruining his legacy and just had to post this! Levy had a miserable losing record as Coach of the Chiefs and was fired by Lamar Hunt because he couldn't turn the team around. Enter the Bills with Gm Bill Polian at the helm, Polian and Levy had ties going back to the old USFL days with the Chicago Blitz and Polian decided to hire Levy because he wanted a smart coach (not necesarily a good Coach) that could steer the ship without screwing it up. The Bills team that Levy Coached was so good that my next door neighbor (a mailman) could Coach the team. Levy was just in the right place at the right time and was fortunate that the team was soo good that he made the "Hall" because of the teams accomplishments. Levy is nothing more than a great talking smart salesman that stepped in a pile of sh*% at the right time. A smart one at that. But in the Big game (aka Super Bowl) his ability as a Coach was unmasked. If being severely outcoached by another Coach was a felony, then Jimmy Johnson would have been charged with two counts, Joe Gibbs with one and Bill Parcells with another.
  21. it looks like the general consensus is "Hell No!"
  22. I was on the road listening to Serius yesterday and caught Kirwin and Ryan talking about the Bills and what they should do at number eight. Kirwan said it wouldn't be out of the realm if the Bills drafted a Qb with their pick - Cutler if he were there and then cut their ties with JP. He mentioned that it wouldn't cost them much against the Cap as a hit for cutting him. He also said the new regime Levy and Co. didn't have any ties to Losman so it would make it easier for them to do it. I think he's nuts cause I'd give JP another year to prove himself but Cutler looks pretty good to me. Any thoughts??
