  1. Because FREE is Good! I don't believe in paying for those ESPN Insiders etc sites. Plus that site has been right about alot of stuff the last couple of years but people that don't visit the site wouldn't know that now would they??
  2. Found this while surfing from: http://www.profootballtalk.com/rumormill.htm DONAHOE GETS THE HEAVE-A-HOE A league source tells us that the Buffalo Bills will terminate G.M. Tom Donahoe. Donahoe's status has been up in the air of late. A strong turnaround after a bad start in 2004 saved him, but unfulfilled expectations in 2005 have come home to roost, so Donahoe is out after five seasons on the job. We've yet to hear whether this means that coach Mike Mularkey also will go. We are firm believers in equal accountability for both coach and G.M., and we also think that the addition of a new G.M. with a holdover head coach never works well, since the G.M. always wants to hire his own guy. But there's a chance Mularkey will get another year to prove himself, especially since there will be so many other open jobs to fill and not enough high-end coaches available. Stay tuned.
  3. At least he tells it like it is not like some Buffalo Homers that still thought this team had a chance of making the playoffs at the midway point. I'd rather have someone like that then a kiss-arss like some of those journalists.
  4. You're kidding right? I don't want any 80 some year old roaming the sideline for my team especially one that doesn't have much talent at this point. He had all the talent in the world back in the day and still couldn't win the BIG ONE!
  5. Schobel is overrated as far as I'm concerned and most of his sacks over the last 3 years have been against one or two teams. He dissapears the rest of the season.
  6. I don't know about you guys but I'd do her in a New York Minute!
  7. While surfing the web tonight I found this interesting tidbit. http://www.eastcoastsportsnews.com/2006Draft.html I'm hoping it's not true because Mullarkey needs to go!
  8. I wouldn't count on it...especially since I don't feel that Ralphie will be willing to pay the remainder left on MM's contract - 3 years...It's gonna be tough to find a GM that's willing to come here with MM as the Coach...and don't say Tom Modrak because he doesn't want the job. I think MM stays!
  9. I heard on gr that Donahoe was at some NFL meeting attended by some or most of the GM's in the league and that is why he wasn't at the stadium for the moulds meeting with ralph.
  10. I agree...Modrak was offered the job by TD in the past to lighten the load of responsibilities that TD has but Modrak rejected the job...Modrak has stated in the past that he enjoys pounding the pavement looking for talent for the NFL Draft.
  11. OK Thanks for the responce...the Total tally is: Fire Mularkley - 7 Votes Fire Donahoe - 13 Votes The Best news of all is... I win the wager because I too had Donahoe going first!
  12. Just and idea...it would be nice if everyone that attends the game on Sunday would drive up to the stadium with a Go Donahoe!...and take Mullarkey with you! bumper sticker on their vehicle...and then to top it off be wearing a button ot hat to the stadium...it would drive the Bills organization (T.D. in particular) nuts!
  13. So Far the results are: Fire Mullarkey - 6 Votes Fire Donahoe - 8 Votes
  14. To settle a "friendly - $" wager with my brother in law...if you had a choice...who would you fire - Donahoe or Mullarkey...one or the other...not both...we had a dissagreement on it that wound up being a bet on who the Bills fans would oust if they had a chance...I agreed not to say who I would fire on this forum but I will give this 24 hours and then tally up the results. Donahoe or Mullarkey
  15. I'd say we need a Left tackle really bad but DE Mathius Kiwanuka of BC could also be an option. I think he's better than Williams of NCSt.
  16. Even though the Bflo News mentioned that Modrak could be Donahoe's successor I remember back around the Draft last year when Modrak stated that He's NOT interested in being a GM (the Bills offered it to him several times to relieve the work load on TD) because he Loves hitting the pavement and Scouting the players for the Draft.
  17. Unless Ralph gives the Axe to Mularkey as well! However, since Mularkey has three years left on his Contract I kinda doubt that Ralph will eat the remaining years which he has never liked to do. I'd keep Donahoe around for Administrative duties that wouldn't be connected to anything that has to do with putting a team on the field. All in all, if Ralph Axes Donahoe it won't do much good unless he boots Mularkey out the Door with him!
  18. #1 - Left Offensive Tackle #2 - Defensive Tackle Those two are the only HUGE Needs this team has but another Guard, Receiver (because Moulds will be gone after this year), Defensive End (that can consistently put heat on the QB) and some kind of direction on who the Qb will be next season as well.
  19. Why Draft another lineman that would have been pushed around as well??? Once Parrish is 100% there won't even be a question of why we drafted him.
  20. I'm going 5-11 and thats being generous! They are 3-4 at this time. The rest of the year: Wins over...Carolina and Denver at home...both upsets! Losses to...at New England, K.C., at San Diego, at Miami, New England at home, at Cincy, at NY Jets. 5-11 and a possible Top 5 pick staring at us in the 2006 NFL Draft.
  21. It made a lot of sense since all of the top O-Linemen and D-Linemen were off the board when the Bills picked in the second round...rather then REACH for the next best at that position we picked Parrish who had an outstanding camp before injuring himself...remember small receivers like Steve Smith and Santana Moss have been lighting it up this season!
  22. Why not?.....one of those stud Offensive Left Tackles sure would fit this team like a glove right about now!
  23. Dont get too excited about that win yesterday they only beat the Dolphins who practically gave the game to us......this is an average team with an average QB at the helm...sorry to say but if we go 6-10 we will be lucky! P.S....i'd rather tank the rest of the games and have a top 5 pick in the draft with something to look forward to!
  24. I was all for the dumping of Drew Bledsoe because he couldn't even get out of his own way...but...after watching the first 3 weeks of action I think for a team standpoint of having a better chance to win this season Bledsoe was the choice...Losman is a long way from being ready to lead this team into the promised land and although I doubted if Bledsoe could take us anywhere he was at least a decent long ball thrower who would have taken advantage of the falcons beaten up secondary yesterday if he had time to throw the ball...I'm now starting to think the Bills should have concentrated more on building that O-Line up and given Bledsoe one more shot this season.
