  1. Too short of a career due to knee injury but he was a great blocker who could also run (like a truck) thru opponents.
  2. Pat's Fan sinks to new low... https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/unreal-patriots-fans-files-harassment-claim-against-co-worker-for-eagles-practical-joke/ar-BBIQ5YX
  3. Clements catch may have been overturned during the season, but Ertz's catch AND run was a horse of another color without any doubt.
  4. Can't agree more. He refused to accept Ertz had the catch and had become a runner. I lost all respect for him because he just went on and on about it. He was wrong but couldn't admit it.
  5. It wasn't an endorsement, merely a counterpoint to those who simply wrote him off. He is a very unknown quantity yet in a playoff game, in the 4th QTR, against a tough team, he came through. Rob Johnson's big game that led Buffalo to acquire him was not that type of game. Apples to oranges.
  6. Recall the Bengals - Steelers playoff game 2-3 years back? McCarron had positioned the Bengals well for their 1st playoff win under Lewis only to be undone by Jeremy Hill's fumble with minutes left and then a super bonehead penalty by Burfict giving the Steelers thier FG for the win? He looked pretty good in the 4th QTR with the game on the line.
  7. Can't find the link that showed him at 4.78.i found this projected at 4.57.. http://walterfootball.com/draft2018QB.php
  8. Hey.... I saw exactly the same thing. The 40 time was from an old Louisville Cardinal site. I'm still trying to find it. What led to it was a fellow workers who said their new QB ( last name - Pass) is supposedly even better than Lamar. His words, not mine. I clearly am not a fan of Lamar "turnover".
  9. OMG... Avoid this possibility at all costs. After watching him the past two years ( I live in the Louisville area) we would be making yet another big mistake. He'll bring some running ability but he's slower than Taylor. Has a published college time of 4.78. He's not like Taylor in one area though, he has no problem turning the ball over. Tebow / Andre Ware II.
  10. Living in the Louisville area, I watched Lamar Jackson a fair amount in the past two years and to me he's another QB of the Tebow mold in that he was a great college QB who won't translate well to the pros.
  11. Jackson is no Watson...
  12. Weo weo weo... Offering alternate facts? It was hidden, and when confronted it was denied for quite some time. The NFL still has a hand in all this.
  13. Lamar Jackson is actually a slower and an inch taller Tyrod Taylor. One big difference is that Lamar has been a turnover machine at times. Watched him the past two years (I live in the Louisville area) and as a passer, he is inaccurate and woefully lacking .. Andre Ware II. Avoid!!!
  14. Great... Requiring more complex discretion by officials. They can't handle what they have now!!
  15. The word on Darby is that he played well in man but so well in zone. That was well discussed before he was traded after he has a down second year with the Bills.
  16. We already have a Jackson. Agreed we need to move away from them at QB.
  17. Bring back to power run blocking scheme full time. That would be a 1 guy decision that would help tremendously. Edit- Meaning that Castillo goes too!!!
  18. Yet, it's more than fair to say he's better than you insinuate.
  19. Didn't Romo make that observation ( have a spy) in the 4th QTR as well?
  20. Jackson's best bet would be as a WR as a few scouts have reportedly said. I have watched him the past two years living just outside Louisville and he is a great athlete but a poor passer and too frequently a turnover machine.. Did you catch his bowl game? He stunk. This a fools gold at best. "Avoid".... Edit: After referring to Jackson's posted 40 time of 4.78, WR may not be an option after Al despite what some experts have said.
  21. Yes, he did play badly, yet there is some truth to the rest. Clay is simply too mistake or drop prone. Happens repetitively. Thompson is mediocre at best. Can make some plays but has displayed alligator arms and has also dropped too many. Dead on with that Taylor just isn't good enough.
  22. I thought the Bills signed Streater to a futures contract a couple days ago?
  23. Seems logical...
  24. Yes, speed is needed but Thompson is mediocre talent at best. What we let walk last year was far superior. After Benjamin is wide open to whom ever can prove they belong....
