  1. The problem with his play was he had I believe 3 penalties, and to me that’s unacceptable for a roster bubble guy
  2. I just posted in the other thread about this. Don’t think they move on from Trubisky unfortunately and believe that they will look for a younger stash QB. Really want them to get their hands on Kedon Slovis who is currently with the Colts right now and is getting limited reps because they have 5 QBs in their camp
  3. I’ve been vouching for Kedon Slovis as the 3rd QB. He’s on the Colts right now but they’re 5 QBs deep with Richardson, Flacco, Ehlinger, Slovis, and Jason Bean. Probably comes down to Ehlinger and Slovis for the PS squad spot. Can’t see Slovis leaving the Colts PS situation for the Bills tho
  4. People have to remember our 2s and 3s were against both the Bears complete offense and their defense for all of the first while the Bills played a mix of guys who were starters, depth, and bubble players. It was 6-3 late in the 3rd and the guys who are going to get cut let it blow wide open
  5. The biggest takeaway I had for roster battles was Solomon showing burst and ability to get to the QB while Jonathan had I think 3 penalties. That’s a good way to get yourself cut. Same with Williamson on his boneheaded PF penalty. It’s hard to judge a game like this because Chicago is in their 2nd game with their rookie starting and the # 1 offense of the Bears playing the whole first quarter against a Bills defense that was missing Jones, Oliver after the first play, Milano and a lot of starters out after a few plays. With the Bears offense controlling the Bills offense never even really got a chance to get it going with a very vanilla plan
  6. If you don't have NFL Network you can easily watch it online if you know the right places to go if you catch my drift.
  7. If true that would make me more pissed that they built a ***** stadium with my money now expect me to fork over more.
  8. The one they have now is like 24/25 years old. I’d be pretty mad if I had to fork over more money in taxes if I was a native
  9. Funny that I moved out of New York State and moved to Arkansas for work and I have yet to have a tornado anywhere close to me and I'm in Tornado/Dixie alley but New York State has gotten hit with a bunch this year after my tree last year hit my garage after a microburst in NYS
  10. Bass missed from 58. People acting like that should be a sure thing.
  11. I honestly couldn’t shake how Drake Maye reminded me so much of Sam Darnold watching his tape. I wasn’t a fan
  12. To me it’s not about Morris necessarily like I said he’s fine, but if Knox goes down(which he has recently) the Bills best blocker is Kincaid and I’m sure they don’t want to do limit what they do with him. I prefer a blocker so Kincaid can remain the pass catcher that he is or going to an offensive lineman
  13. I’ve never been a huge fan of Morris to be honest. For a 3rd string TE he’s fine but I was very big into the idea of drafting a blocking TE this last year because if Knox gets hurt again, Morris isn’t a good blocker and I don’t think they want to limit Kincaid to being an in line Y TE like he had to be last year. You also don’t want to go Jumbo all the time because it makes you more predictable with less passing threats on the field. There needs to be an added blocking threat at TE 3 imo. Davidson has the size but has never been known for that
  14. The question was rhetorical for the people who are pining for the Bills to sign him.
  15. I mean the question shouldn’t just be why haven’t the Bills signed Simmons but why hasn’t any of the 30 other teams signed him either
  16. It’s okay to be positive and realize the Bills are close while also realizing that this stat in the grand scheme doesn’t matter if they never hold the trophy
  17. I mean he can say that now but its not like this is a situation that if Chubb was gone he was going to take Allen. Its very well known that if Chubb was gone that the Bills and Broncos had a deal in place for the Bills to move up and take Allen anyways. Its clear that Elway didn't think that highly of Allen regardless of Chubb's availability at pick 5.
  18. Ryan VanDeMark is one I could see being a surprise cut or trade. I really like him actually but they drafted Grable and RVD has to prove he can play RT at a competent level or he has no position flex
  19. Minnesota will win between 5-7 games imo
  20. This is the new age of offense in the game of football. I tried to say this numerous times when people were pining for a guy who was a traditional X and noted that many NFL teams don't have a traditional Z,X,Y,F anymore in their Wide Receiver rooms. I expect Coleman to line up inside and outside as well as the rest of the guys. Obviously Samuel will do both and be in the backfield. The game of football is now about as many offensive packages as possible to make defenses have to prepare in a short period of time.
  21. Day 1 only but I will toot my horn a bit. I was one of the few who vouched for Coleman before the draft and it looks like the connection is good between Allen and him. I had Ray Davis as my RB 1 in the draft in an albeit down year for backs and vouched for him when everyone was calling him old slow and another wasted RB pick. Carter was panned by most of this board as a reach and I argued the Bills picked him right where I had him in their rankings. On the flip side Bishop was my # 1 Safety and appears Coach wasn’t thrilled about his lack of conditioning. Will be interesting to see as camp goes along how things work out. Usually D is ahead of O but with Allen and the new schemes and motions I wonder if the offense ate because the Bills D hasn’t seen it before and obviously the Bills O is familiar with McDermotts scheme. Also makes sense because Bills D is probably working on base packages
  22. Joint practices to me are dumb due to the fact that they always lead to unnecessary hits and fights that break out at these things. Hopefully McDermott and Tomlin's relationship together will keep this from getting out of hand.
  23. I mean he's originally from Miami so of course he is going to believe that. Its all about where you grew up holding a special place for each individual. Buffalo isn't for him like most of Miami is for Buffalonians.
  24. Man some of you guys are high strung for a mini camp practice based on a few tidbits
  25. It’s not that hard, make more plays in the clutch. Offense, Defense, and STs. That has been the difference
