  1. To my surprise, one hundred stories high People getting loose y'all Getting down on the roof Folks are screaming, out of control It was so entertaining When the boogie started to explode I heard somebody say (Burn baby burn) disco Inferno (Burn baby burn) burn that mother down (Burn baby burn) disco Inferno (Burn baby burn) burn that mother down
  2. You fill up my senses Like a night in a forest Like the mountains in springtime Like a walk in the rain Like a storm in the desert Like a sleepy blue ocean You fill up my senses Come fill me again
  3. Agreed and as I said, I would put some big money into investigasting these kids if I was a billionaire owner, complete with following them into bars, etc.
  4. That makes sense and makes McDermott look like a complete novce, who was handed (and still has) WAY to much power in the organization.
  5. I'd rather be a sparrow than a snail Yes, I would If I could I surely would I'd rather be a hammer than a nail Yes, I would If I only could I surely would
  6. I am not doubting you, and I'm positive that you know how little regard in which I hold McDermott, but why on Earth would he make a trade (for which he got little return imo) to help Reid, this in his first year here? Is he even worse than I thought?
  7. Davonta Smith just got a huge deal in Philly but I don't know if you consider him to be elite. I think that if he had Josh as his QB instead of Hurts, he would be. Rumor has it that Waddle is also close to getting a very lucrative contract. I think that if Josh was throwing to him he might be a superstar. As always, jmo.
  8. Weird? No, this makes complete sense. Many of these kids come from poverty stricken homes. Now, some are racing around in Porsches with 100 grand in their pockets, and access to hot women, alcohol, and legalized weed (and God knows what else). I'm not insulting these kids. I'm not at all sure that if I was young, in a college with thousands of hot girls, with a cool million dollars that my behavior would be all that reasoned and mature. In fact, I would bet against it. My guess is that owners (if they are smart) will allocate more resources to investigate, and even spy on some of these kids. Jmo.
  9. I agree with the premise of the article. I also think that some executives are just plain bad. If we just start from the year 2000, most of the Bills draft choices were idiotoic at worst, wasted at best. Their method of team building (focusing on defensive backs instead of replacements for Bruce, Kelly, Reed, and Thurman (who all aged at roughly the same time) was unthinkably stupid. I have said many times that a 12 year old kid with a copy of Joel Buchsbaum's "Pro Football Weekly" could and would have drafted better than the Bills, especially in the Levy/Jauron years. McDermott has not been much better, other than the trade-up for Josh which was GREAT, but also necessated by passing up on Mahomes and drafting a cornerback instead, to play in a zone. https://www.drafthistory.com/index.php/teams/bills We of course have no control of this madness. All we can do is hope, and cheer for the uniforms. GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. Marvin Harrison Jr., Ohio State - Chargers Rome Odunze, Washington - Bears Ladd McConkey, Georgia - Falcons Brian Thomas Jr., LSU - Bucs Xavier Worthy Texas- Chiefs BILLS - Jaden Hicks - Safety - Washington State (after McDermott trades UP)
  11. See here how everything, lead up to this day And it's just like any other day that's ever been Sun going up and then, the sun going down Shine through my window, and my friends they come around Come around, come around
  12. Agreed. College Football is a wonderful product. I really do enjoy watching players develop. For example, when Davonta Smith caught that famous championship winning pass from Tua in OT, many people don't know that it was only his 4th reception of the season. He went on to be a Heismann Trophy winner. Now, reports say he is on the verge of receiving a 25 million per season contract (as is Jalen Waddle btw). Without a fair system, this great sport will be diminished.
  13. I spent a little time on the mountain I spent a little time on the hill I saw things getting out of hand I guess they always will Now, I don't know, but I been told If the horse don't pull you got to carry the load I don't know whose back's that strong Maybe find out before too long
  14. I broke a heart that's gentle and true Well, I broke a heart over someone like you I'll beg his forgiveness on bended knee I wouldn't blame him if he said to me You're no good You're no good You're no good Baby, you're no good
  15. May God bless her and grant her health and happiness.
  16. Hey, it's great to see you posting. Yours has always been one of my favorite screen names. Once, during the draught years, you were having a conversation on TSW with "Pass The Pipe." 😆 There was another guy who was "Pills N Bills." There was never a lack of originality on TBD. Good times! 👍
  17. Today is not a great time for OJ jokes, however tomorrow I might take a stab at it.
  18. I don't mind when you say, that you're going away I just don't want to be lonely And I don't care if you share, only moments a day I just don't want to be lonely I'd rather be loved and needed Depended on to give a love I can't give When you're gone, when you're gone I just don't want to be lonely I'd just rather be loved
  19. This is great advice. As horrible as it is to get sodomized by the urologist, it can save your life. On my last visit I asked the urologist if we were dating.
  20. It depends. If McDermott is serious about the WR position, there would seem to be enough quality receivers in this draft to make a difference. If he decides to focus more on defense (a distinct possibility imo) then yes; we will almost certainly be lacking yet again at WR. Logic tells me that he HAS to address WR often and early. History tells me that he is mostly about defernse. We will find out soon enough.
  21. Q: What's the last thing O.J. said to Nicole Simpson? A: Your waiter will be with you shortly...
  22. Q: Why did O.J. kill Ron Goldman? A: To prove the Bills could slaughter the competition and not just choke.
  23. Oh seems so long since we walked in the moonlight Making vows that just can't work right, oh yeah Open your arms, opens your arms Open your arms, baby, let love come running in, yeah It's been a long time, been a long time Been a long lonely, lonely, lonely, lonely, lonely time Yeah-hey, yeah-hey, yeah-hey, yeah-hey Ooh yeah, ooh yeah Ooh yeah, ooh yeah It's been a long time, been a long time Been a long lonely, lonely, lonely, lonely, lonely time
  24. Oh what a feeling I get when I'm with you You take my heart into everything you do And it makes me sad for the lonely people I walked that road for so long Now I know that I'm one of the lucky people Your love is making me strong I've had enough, bad love I need something I can be proud of I've had enough, bad love No more bad love
