I am curious why you are questioning his commitment. I do realize that last season he was practicing with Palmer but does not doing so this offseason lead you to that conclusion? I for one dont have all the information about what he does every off-season and cannot judge him. But I also think that the offseason is a time to recuperate mind and body for the grueling season. The last one was particularly so for Allen given the low level of talent around him. I do want him to take time off to not think about the game, relax , get things in perspective, keep his body fit and come to TC fully recharged. You will realize I am not trying to be an a$$ and truly want to know the background to your assessment.

I just hung out with a Vikings fan and he said the recent drama by Diggs is typical for him. He said that Diggs just doesn't have a filter and is a major "me" guy. He is not in a happy place with the Vikings receiving corps either but is much happier with Jefferson. The Bills need Diggs for this season , there is absolutely no question about it. But imo, McDermott needs to manage him this season and the look for alternatives for 2024 and beyond.

How many "reasons" are we going to hear for Diggs' unhappiness? It sounds like every other day some person is dreaming of a new one. So far, here are a few - he and Allen had a fight the day before the Bengals game cos of some girl. Their relationship has soured since then - he is just frustrated cos he "just wants to win" - he is frustrated at the lack of targets and wants to get the ball more - he is annoyed at Dorsey's schemes and will be even more unhappy if it changes to a "structured" passing attack - we are not landing Hopkins Did i miss any other conjecture? -

Hopkins has a catch percent of 65-72% over the past 4 seasons which compares favorably with Diggs' 70% and far better than Davis' ~50%. If we were to sign Hopkins and Kincaid turns out to be a good rookie, its Davis' targets which will go down. Yes, Diggs will also see a reduction but not to a great degree. Plus Diggs will be open a lot more to make impact plays. Davis will be the one dropping down the pecking order. -
If 13 seconds hasn't happened and BB was the coach, the Bills would have pummelled the Rams.

Perhaps stated up thread but adding weapons decisively determines the fate of McCorkle with the Pats**. But more than that, it also creates an overall team ripe for a new QB in 2024 (perhaps with a bridge QB for the first two years). Remember how stacked the Steelers were when they drafted BenR -

Would you blame Beane if this was true? Given the teams Superbowl aspirations, I certainly won't -

That hierarchy isnt changing this season so let us see how it plays out. I am not yet worried about Diggs and his alleged poor behavior but it bears watching just to see if there is any truth to those perceptions about his attitude. No matter how good the team and coaching are, the low times eventually come over the course of the season and playoffs. You won't. 😀 -

What he saying is - we are over the cap or under but we don't have any more space 😀 Gobbledegook best to just ignore this stuff.
