  1. What does Chris Simms think today? (Sorry to quote myself)
  2. I agree. I see the MVP as an individual award, someone who elevates the team around him. Stafford at this moment because Allen has heated up now. If he continues that performance and we win out as a result of that, Josh should inch ahead
  3. The optimistic me thinks that Cooks is still learning the offense and getting tuned to Allen's passes.
  4. Too. Now you have been schooled for the third time today . Right, @transient?
  5. You are a generally reasonable poster here but many of your thoughts today just sound like you are trying to cope with the loss.
  6. I hope our team shows what we are made of and makes him eat crow.
  7. He is going to get over that midseason hump
  8. And our TEs. I think they will have a field day
  9. It's caused by the blowhards in NE
  10. Too early to predict given his current role on the Bills - primarily a blocking TE, part time TD catcher. But the kid is tough and does the dirty work. How far he progresses beyond the current role depends on how he handles the coming off season. If we add a stud WR in the offseason, it will help the OC go down on the run-pass ratio and he will see more targets. But clearly he is one of the good stories of this season.
  11. Brutal. Bye bye playoffs. And just a few weeks back, they were thought to be the top contender in the AFC. Which was a stretch even with a healthy Jones.
  12. yes, much as we include Kincaid as a pass catcher, Henry should be included too. My point was that the Pats are looking efficient on offense compared to the Bills and has better stats than Allen. Both with passing talent which does not include super stars.
  13. Our strategy of poisoning a potential playoff opponent worked !! Beane playing 4D chess
  14. I don't understand the procedures properly but could be have said no to the Steelers?
  15. " It’s possible Thielen was hoping to slip through waivers in the hopes of signing as a free agent with a Super Bowl contender like the Patriots or the Broncos. Instead, Thielen has jumped from a sunken ship to a sinking one."
  16. Quick - besides Diggs and the occasionally splash player in Hollins, how many of Maye's receivers are household names? He is benefitting from his OC and no doubt is quite good. But it's a ways to go before comparing him to the top 3 of the league
  17. He won't and it's not a worry. He has had a fantastic season and I want him with energy in the playoffs. Good thing is that his running style is fluid and he is not a bruiser. That should extend the tread on his tires this and in future seasons.
  18. I have had that exact discussion with him. He prefers investing in OL to protect Burrow.
  19. I saw this on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/541507311328664/posts/1281347940677927/
  20. I am in favor of getting him. But who gets bumped from the roster?
  21. I am going to watch the game with my friend who is Bengals fan. He is similarly unhappy wit the front office for not supporting Burrow adequately. Burrow
  22. He didn't play a lot
  23. Yea but not easy scooping up the bouncing ball. Good he scored because I don't have confidence the O would have scored a td
