  1. Good he didn't score there. If falcons score, I feel this game so end due to a Jones turnover
  2. What about the narratives by national "experts"?
  3. Jones' has little instinct for the game. Two fumbles on this drive, this one lost.
  4. Poor catch technique by Pitts on the TD attempt
  5. As a fellow old man, I agree. Today is a good gut check for the Colts. If they lose, a lot of the hype around their season will cool down significantly. I hadn't watched many games and was wondering how can Jones make such a big turnaround. And they will have painted themselves into a corner if Jones isn't the savior that they think he is
  6. Shhhhh. We are cheering for the Falcons here
  7. I am now just interested in finding out if the boss permanently bans Kirby. 😃
  8. I was tempted to vote for Option 1 just because I dont want any "yeaa... buts" that would come from a Superbowl win with scenario 2. Then I thought the yaa buts will be a distant memory and what sticks in everyone's head is the SB winner. I also believe that going through the likes of Colts, Chargers, Patriots etc will be easier from a match up and psychological perspective. I chose Option 2
  9. Shameless LAMP as we discuss being coincidentally visiting towns where Bills are playing. My company has a main division in Houston and is hosting customers for the Bills-Texans game. Guess who is not finding a reason to coincidentally be in Houston that week ? 🙁
  10. Bills 34 Mammals 16 Biannual reminder - Dolphins are not fish
  11. Glad to hear you are better in your second life. Very inspiring to hear stories such as yours.
  12. My wife asked me to bring tomatoes cos she was going to cook pasta for dinner. I came back and told her the organic roma tomatoes were $7/lb so I checked them out but didn't pick them up. "Okay but I didn't need the organic, vine ripened, roma tomatoes. I could make great pizza with the regular tomatoes because I am a great cook and can use decent tomatoes as long as they are not rotten or spoilt which is all I have . The regular ones were only $5/lb" But I said they were only worth $4.75/lb so I didn't buy them either and came away empty handed. Guess who is going to bed after eating only a small portion of pasta? I could call it food but it didn't have any taste and I went to bed unsatisfied.
  13. Yes. Exactly my point. It is like never enjoying the steaks and nice vacations during your youth and earning years because you want to save every penny for retirement
  14. If we were looking for a #1 WR. We would have liked one but we didn't need one. We did need a field stretcher and boundary guy. He fit the bill. At the trade deadline , these deals are often overpaid by the buyer. So yes, a tad expensive but wouldn't mortgage our 2026 draft
  15. We have a current need and are one WR short to firmly be in SB contention (I am not sold on the idea that we already are). Waddle , Wilson etc may have been expensive and not worth multiple firsts. But, Shaheed was traded. Worst case we would have had to over-,bid by a little to get him. Saints would have traded outside the conference so no concern on their part. What stopped Beane from acquiring him ? This slavish adherence to "value"?
  16. Do or do not, there is no try - Yoda (I see others in this thread preemptively bashing those who are unhappy like me)
  17. Don't worry. We will ask Tom Brady to clone you
  18. Related to the Bills or other teams ?
  19. While we are at it, the name is Hairston and not Hariston
  20. I doubt it, the Dall-ass O has scored a total of 3 points til now.
