It’s Dallas week and the Division is on the line!
Fan in Chicago replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
I am absolutely not debating the value of Davis and think that this is his last season with the Bills. But at least we know his pros and cons. Shorter is too unknown at this point. Also, while I am fine with a few snaps, I rather not take up a roster spot. If he is showing better than Sheffield in practices, that is a better swap. -

With the Bills fighting for their playoffs lives, I don't think McD will play a low round, unproven rookie -

I missed the latest Chargers developments and thought you are joking with that name -
Can Buffalo catch the Dolphins?

The Cowboys are a well built team but I haven't seen all the games and I think a lot of their hype this week is due to their humbling of the Eagles on national TV. Was it their best game of the year? In which they are ripe for a letdown. One can argue the same for the Bills but we have much more to lose than the Cowboys. -

Wait - didn't you post in another thread that you were interviewing for a gf during the 2022 Pats playoff game? -

Bills/Cowboys early line opens at Bills -2
Fan in Chicago replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
That's a fair point. I agree that he appears neutered from his first 2 years but by and large he is a fan of football, Josh and provides good insight. Also he appears genuinely happy in the booth and appreciates good QB play. -
Monday night games - Dolphins/Titans, Giants/Packers

I didn't think there was enough evidence to over turn the call on the field -

Not a good PI call against Bunting of Titans -

He is good but I wouldn't raise him to God status till the Bills actually lift the Lombardi this season. But of course that's not what you were implying ,🙂 -

I know people here dont like Romo, but he was saying last night that if the Bills get past the Chiefs, he wouldnt be surprised if they win 3 of the next 4 and go all the way to the Superbowl. -
Yes he was. When Allen was under intense pressure. But when Allen did throw him the ball to get a critical 1st down in the fourth quarter, Davis dropped it

You are missing something or maybe a function of the region you were in. I was on multi view and watched the ending of the Jags game and the beginning of the Bills game

Toney saved us from another Billsy moment…

I see stupid Toney and raise you a Davis (another critical drop at the first down marker). But thanks to Toney anyway -
It’s Chiefs week - and the season is on the line
Fan in Chicago replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
I couldn't watch the Eagles game live and watched it later (except the ending) and think it was one of the best QB performances I have seen this season. It's a crying shame that it was in a losing cause -
Though it will be satisfying to watch him be ineffective later part of this game if he gets beat up in the first half. And doubly entertaining to watch Taylor Swift shed her million dollar tears watching her boy beat up and humiliated on the football field.

I was thinking the same thing. That guy sucks. BB knows it, which is why he is just playing to use up time knowing Trubisky ain't doing anything to get within FG distance -

BB trusts his defense and Trubisky. He thinks he can protect this lead -
Sources say ZERO PERCENT chance McD is fired
Fan in Chicago replied to Brand J's topic in The Stadium Wall
From this point onwards, even losing a single game may keep us out of the playoffs. If we go 4-1 and miss the playoffs, you think McD will keep his job? I am not predicting anything but think he should be fired not for how the season would have ended but for the performance of the team during the entirety of the season. -
That's a poor attitude to have when auditioning for the next paycheck. Instead, he should have been thinking "I am getting another chance with my current team, I am going to do my darndest to impress the other scouts around the league". The a$$hat just reduced his future options and net present value

Let's wait a week before proclaiming that. As the Chiefs have looked vulnerable, the Bills have blown games this year.
