Plausible X/#1 receiver trade candidates — are there any?
BuffaloRebound replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
could probably even make it coleman plus a conditional 2027 pick based pick based on who has more catches over the next 1.5 years. Can’t see Olave going for more than a 3rd rounder straight up. -

If McBeane goes after a guy like Olave that isn’t a just a half season rental they'd almost have to trade Coleman too. I wonder what Coleman’s trade value is right now? He does have 2.5 years left on a cost controlled rookie contract and is still very young. I’d guess 4th rounder value to team like the Saints since he fits their timeline better. -
If it means bringing in a GM/Coach that knows how to get us to the promised land, then yes. McBeane in Year 9 looks to be spinning their wheels maybe even going backwards. 9 years with no super bowl appearance is marvin lewis and Schottenheimer territory. It can’t be changes at the margins at this point.

The Tackle’s helmet is aligned with the Centers hip. The tight End is at least a foot behind the Tackle . The Tight End looks like he’s aligned with the Guards hip not the Center. Perhaps that’s why Rousseau was lined up in the neutral zone.
-
shouldn’t the Tight end be up on the LOS? or does the guy coming in motion count as covering up the Tackle?

Things look pretty bleak right now but we’re 4-2 with our 2 DL/LB free agent pickups set to return and our 1st round CB also slated to return. On offense, We gave Coleman 6 weeks to show he can be a weapon. Now it’s time to move on and trade for some juice on offensive side of ball. The penalties, turnovers, and play calling are all correctable. Best case we get healthy on D, Hairston and the new comers help and on O we trade for a WR and backup RB with juice, Brady pulls his head out of his a$$ and mcdermott starts cracking the whip cutting down on the penalties.

Agreed but acquiring 2 WR’s halfway through the season is like watering your yellow lawn with a firehouse. I’d rather a WR and a RB since the drop-off from Cook is so drastic. Would love to know the offensive yards per play with and without cook on field. -
its worked for the rams.

he’s a free agent in March and they are almost definitely drafting a QB in April. I could actually see the Saints wanting Coleman. He fits their timeline better than ours. Coleman and a 5th for Shaheed and Kamara. -

I tend to agree with this but Coleman has been so bad that any upgrade moves the needle. -
1. Brady’s play-calling 1a. Coleman 2. Drop-off from Cook to the back-up RB’s is a canyon.
-
not hard to see at all.

Olave and Kamara for Coleman, Davis, a 2nd rounder and 5th rounder. Olave and Kamara would only cost around $1m each for cap purposes and this offense desperately needs a jolt.
-
WR absolutely. We also need another RB. The drop off when Cook goes off the field is enormous and he comes off the field a lot. I’m not wasting any future draft capital on McDermott’s garbage defense. If the guy can’t put a decent defense on the field in Year 9 with the resources theyve already spent its time to move on.

10/13/2025 Bills at Falcons - Post game thread

Penix is terrible. I’ll be surprised if they win more than 7 games. -
What 3 LB’s are we playing? Milano and Bernard are always hurt, which is a theme with our back 7.
