  1. ....just be careful out there fellas......
  2. I hear ya Thoner, but I much prefer anywhere in the lower bowl to the upper deck. Just seem to feel more part of the action when sitting in the lower bowl - if you are going for the "experience". It's definitely a personal preference thing. If you make it to the game, get there early and walk around the stadium during the game or even warmups to get a feel for different vantage points. Unfortunately, tickets could be expensive and hard to come by - Steelers fans are notorious for traveling in droves and that hurts ticket availability. Enjoy! It's an amazing experience....I've had season tickets since around 1999 and live in Syracuse. Sunday is the best day of the week!
  3. Whoa! It'd be waaaay better than the birth of a child; trust me, I have three girls and once they became teenagers, I was searching for retroactive birth control!
  4. Hey Promo - Why is it you "have got to be careful"?.................did you go and bet the house and your first-born child on the Bills winning 7 this year? How many times have I told you to cut that S%$# out! When I first read your post, I thought maybe you were simply thinking positive. Apparently, you've not been careful!!!
  5. And you're just as bored as the rest of us to be reading it!
  6. I predict there will be much wailing and gnashing of teeth come Saturday morning on The Stadium Wall. Just a hunch
  7. This shows it being on Channel 5 WTVH linky
  8. That would be......FAIL. Hubbs' Facebook page says that she lives in Livermore with her dentist husband and has been married for 20 years. She wrote that she has three “beautiful kids” aged 13, 10, and 8.
  9. ummmm...maybe not so much.... The Contra Costa Times reports that in a separate case, Hubbs is being charged with four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of discharge of a BB gun. On June 29, police say a bicyclist reported being shot by an Airsoft projectile by boys from Hubbs’ black Hummer. The boys admitted to the shooting but said that Hubbs bought the guns for them and didn’t try to stop them, the Contra Costa Times reports. KPIX reports that those boys were 10 years old.
  10. This version is pretty funny...the newscasters comments are great. nice looking blonde at the end!
  11. Ha! I'm 51, and if there's one thing I've learned, it's never take on any woman that's just banged a 16 year old 100 times.
  12. I'm thinkin'........no. Ummmmm.............not still......no
  13. C'mon Doc...let the kids play! This is fun to watch!

  15. More SQUATS!!!!!!!!
  16. Indeed. Like this? (click on pic to blow it up....nice) Cribbs sweet uni
  17. Nice! Sweet Bills Unis
  18. It's because they aren't doing squats.
  19. Well stated and I agree it's time to appreciate what we have. For all the pissing and moaning about the line, the QBs, the front office, etc., there will be exponentially more whining if this team is ever taken from us. Only 32 cities have NFL teams, and Buffalo is one of them, thankfully! Enjoy it while you can! We now return you to your thread, already in progress.........
  20. I'm sad and a bit disappointed it hasn't been said yet, so I'll say it: It's hard to name a starting QB in the NFL. But we really, really like the guys we have. They work hard. They play hard. They study hard. Did I mention we really like them?
  21. Better odds: Poz making it through the season injury-free, or the Bills winning the Super Bowl? WE'RE GOIN' TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!!!!!!
  22. I think for me, it's my connection to my Dad. He died when I was 16 (I'm 51 now), and my memories of him are closely tied to the Bills. As a little guy, I'd be out playing and come running in the house to ask what the score was and whether we were wearing white or dark (it was black and white TV in those days). I started following them on my own in 1968, and going to games with him in War Memorial are very fond memories. In 1970, he sprang for the most expensive tickets, 3 of them at $7 each under the roof. I looked at them every day pinned on the board in the kitchen. When game day came, my Dad took me for a walk and said he couldn't go because he was having chest pains. I was so disappointed and ended up having to go with my mother and my sister. It was horrible....drunks spilled wine on me, burned cigarette holes in our blanket, and OJ got his knee torn up on a kickoff return and was lost for the season. The Bills got trashed by the Bengals. But it never made me lose faith in the team, because it was a big connection to my Dad. When I lost him, I kept following the Bills, even after moving to Syracuse and having to listen to the games on a staticy radio feed of the games from Rochester. Bills games usually weren't televised in Syracuse back in the mid-80s, and that's probably a good thing! But I kept following them, and ended up going to the last Super Bowl to see them lose yet again. But no matter, I'll always be a Bills fan and always think of my Dad with every game!
  23. QUOTE (The Big Cat @ Jul 22 2010, 01:21 PM) * I'm leaning more and more toward a #22 jersey... I think he was #24, but you got the right idea! I prefer to go with classic players (my white throwback is #15 Jack Kemp)....they will never go out of favor, unless they lop their ex-wife's head off.
  24. Will do - looks like it'll be the first week of October. This weekend, I'm taking my girlfriend to NYC for two Natalie Merchant shows at Town Hall. Natalie is her favorite. I always liked 10,000 Maniacs, so it should be a good weekend.
