I have no freaking opinion on this subject but seems to me it falls like this 1) Older guy in a good marriage...just takes work, youngins give up to easy 2) Older guy bad/broken marriage...sometimes chit just don't work out/women can get batchit crazy 3) Younger guy...WTF would you ever get married? Prolly been like that for millenniums...

^^^^ Thats a decent walk from the stadium to back lot of ECC...and I would think a good bit of time is based where your seats are located. But ECC lot is where we park when there is a pressing need to get out of the lot.

I would think same cuts. Ribs were good to very good, but not great. Little more "fall off the bone" than I like, I like a bit more chew. I did the 36 hours at 145, maybe the 12 hours at 165 would rectify that a bit. Smoke flavor was okay just using the liquid smoke in the bath, but I also wanted t use chips for the half hour on the grill but forgot those. Think that would have helped. Overall, these were easy, and I liked them, but not as much as smoking for 5-6 hours.

Wow...that seems like a Leafs move from 10 years ago...the really thnk they are that close. Maybe they are, but I think everything broke perfect for them last year and they are in for a bit of a bit of a let down.

Just listened to Mike Russo , pretty plugged in writer for the Star Trib in MN, on GR from yesterday. Indicated Scandella's dad was diagnosed with cancer and passed fairly quickly, and he think's it affected Scandalla's play quite a bit last year. but i think that's it in a nutshell...forget what you are paying him, he could thrive as 5/6 with 12-16 minutes a game and some PP time. As I mentioned earlier if you combine his and McCabes salary, not too bad at a little over $6.5m. ( Jeremy White first got me thinking bout this). and if he needs to play some 3/4 time in the beginning of the year while Guhle gets seasoned in the AHL, not a killer contract at all.

Just listened to Chris Baker from Sabrespropspects on GR from Friday. He loved your boy, says it rare when a kid has a good 16 year old year and then tails off as a 17 yr old to come back and be a good player, but he felt this was the exception due to the illness. He thought dude could go too 7, so good on the Leafs. And that dude is pretty spot on with his hockey knowledge.
