Nada..neither one of those things are readily available in the NHL. You can pay the player $60M as a signing bonus and $1M salaries for a 6 year deal, cap hit is still $11M per year for life of the contract. Buyouts are regulated by the CBA..and if you front load the amount of salary cap relief becomes so small compared to say the $11M cap hit you have above.

if you have not made your call yet( i have not) , last year was easy as hell to get my needed discounts when i kindly pointed out them of my $110 bill, nearly $60 was in equipment and protections plans and the such, not content. I told them i have sling in DC.. Sling is $30a month, i get 5 TVs instead of 4 !, have an online DVR so need for Genie 0t whole home stuff, and I have zero equipment so no protection plan. That is what they know hurts them, and drives their bills through the roof. Last year took me about 5 minutes to get $60 credit per month and free STMAX..al expiring this month. I mean they can say leave, or what have you, but what are they gunna do with all that used equipment? Its a sunk cost, not going to refurbished or ever used again..may as well get the content fees out us Will see if it works this year

there are absolutely options to record streaming stuff now. Tivo and Fire both have devices if you want a physical box, and PLayOn is a cloud based DVR.

i think the books will be big at the stadiums. if they rehab the stadium, i can totally see a book built with great bar, lounge areas, restaurant etc etc..open before the game...and being able to bet from your phone on in game bets etc.Collect when ya leave if ya want in cash, most likely just transferred to your bank account or venmo. Will be in area that can be accessed on non game days to, as will be a 365 day a year operation

think that is a direct reflection of less STs as noted above, and less brokers as well.The redoing of the pricing i think drove some brokers away, and the Bills in general have been lowering the use of brokers( i think..not sure on that though) Both of those mean more available tickets..hence lower prices....

i think the difference this time is just how large Nexstar is..they own like 180 stations...prolly a good chuck of them Fox and CBS affiliates. Both sides will get murdered if regular season games are blacked out. I would even suspect they are waiting to see what happens on the preseason games..both national and local. Nest Thursday i assume CBS has the Hall of Fame game...people gunna be pissed if first NFL action of the year is blacked out. Can take that to the local games as well. In Richmond, ABC broadcasts the Skins preseason games...gunna be some cranky people if that first preseon games is not on..

I think you will start to see MLB teams start ripping out seats and making more bar type areas to socialize..i am 57 and i just cant fathom sitting in a seat for a baseball game anymore. I dont go to many..usually 3-5 Nats games a year, and possibly an O's game or two..i get cheapest ticket i ca find and just walk around the stadium most of the game and hangout in areas where I can stand and socialize.. I think there are a couple main reasons 1) These last 4 years or so of such backloaded home schedules is really discouraging for a lot of Season Ticket holders.If the games meant something, maybe a different feel. But so many of us are out of town, and its hard to justify the plane tickets/hours long car ride, taking off work Monday etc to go to a game that does not have meaning. So, you go to sell them and truly the seats are useless...cannot be sold. so you eating 35%-50% of your investment in season tickets. Even people in Buffalo choose to watch the game on TV insted of face the elements for a game with zero implications. (no blackouts).. So i think many STs have come to the conclusion in Buffalo better to pay the premium on secondary for the games you want to go to and not eat the dollars at the end of the year. Its not like there is ANY expectation of a home playoff whilst Brady and Belichick are there. And that domination of NE i think is also a big reason..the odds of playoffs seem so slim for the bills.fighting for 1 of 2 slots...

this is 100% accurate. For instance, in Richmond , Nexstar only owns the ABC affiliate. Trust me, this will be worked out before football starts..you can bet your right nut on that

exact for us..only cars on and off. Driveway configuration makes it somewhat of a pain to get cars in and out, but..as you know nature abhors a vacuum and if no car in there for a week or so, some junk always seem to fill its place!

What Bell wants to do when he is effective is let the D commit first, be that penetration by D-Line, LBs attacking gaps where they THINK Bell will attack..and then Bell goes where they aint! the only flaw I see if the clip is that if the D line just holds their blocks that are susceptible as all get out to play action no? Darnold will have all day to throw if the entire front 7 waits that .8 seconds or whatever it takes to make sure it is not a run play....i liked the clip, and it makes sense..outside of that one problem area i think
