Asked the firestick for movies about Buffalo NY..so show about gangsters came up called Pure. Not saying she won't bounce back before next year, but she is really far off her best times..whats shocking is you are right, usually not a huge gap between competitors at the top of th sport..but she was so dominating any time she loses in the 400, 800, or 1500 it is a shock. The 200 now, she took that event on i think to challenge herself, which is just awesome and shows the kind of competitor she is!

I know prolly most folks only follow swimming in Olympic years, but this was a true shocker yesterday at Worlds. It was an interesting race..Titmus leading the first 200, Ladecky taking the lead at 300, almost 3/4 body length lead at 350 for Ledecky..and 30 meters out she just collapsed. Stunning to see from her. She came back today to be seeded first in the 1500, and i cant see anyone touching her in that event..but almost 20 seconds off her WR. The way she looked yesterday, she may be hard pressed to final in the 200. BTW, massive props to her for swimming the 200..not her greatest event and she still keeps going at it. Lots o ways to do duck breast. The basics are as follow 1) score the poop out of the fat cap 2) season heavily with salt and pepper 3) medium heat on a skillet/grill, fat cap down, slowly render the fat cover with a metal bowl or something similar to trap heat and cook more evenely 4 ) continually pour the fat into a vessel that can be stored , duck fat more valuable than gold in my house. 5) once most the fat has been rendered, flip the duck and recover 6) cook to 125, let rest 10 minutes. We have always loved duck breast in our house so. So much so that several servers at restuatanys questioned my 8 -13 year old daughter order of duck, medium rare! Tonight i I did a recipe by Jamie Oiliver, awesome, simple and delicious. for the most part true...but if you have the time reheating steak in a 225 oven for 30 minutes on a wire rack on a bking sheet, then a quick re-sear in a skillet 30 seconds each side...pretty damn close to what it was the night before. shhhhh...that the way we go too! i agree more efficient stands would be great..but i am curious with the huge tailgating nature of Bills games, do you think more concessions are necessary? One time when we were heading to the airport out of Hammers, Waze took us south on Abbott for about 1/2 mile, then east over to the 219( it was the colts snow game, everything was a mess so thats why we used Waze).
