  2. Holy poop, hell yea been fired..and more than once..in order 1) Dishwasher Chinese place in the falls..good fire..i was smoking weed out back and making owners kid do the dishes 2) Place i met my wife..not technically a firing, an understanding the relationship was not "approved"..one of us had to go...i went. Difefrent time in the mid 90's 3) Laid off from 2 startups..not sure if you call a firing, but i wlll.. they kept some folks, but the majority let go, i was in the majority
  3. The bolded are usually the games i stay away from...or go the other way. When the line looks so whack, and its like they want evryoneto take one side ...like the Saints getting points.. i either dont bet the game or take the other side! And sure as hell almost 80% of the money on the Saints...hate to say but the Jags may be the play here. BTW, the contest is fun, hopefully next year we can get 50 or so people in...i am doing okay, would have helped if i made picks the week of the home opener LOL!!!! And i am doing okay in the real betting department, as i only play dog moneylines...not killing it but running at a small profit. @LeviF91 at 73 % needs to open a touit service!!!
  4. going out to eat with rich friends who buy the wine
  5. Went to the game last time with a season ticket holder of the Cowboys, so can only relate what we experienced with him. parking lots are in concentric rings around the stadium, closer to the stadium more expensive. We were 3rd ring out, and his coat was $80. Not sure if you could pay cash, but i would almost be 100% confident you need a pass to park. the tailgate was kinda subdued, but he said the 3.PM games were much more feisty. and i imagine the Thanksgiving day game is really crazy. Having said that, grilling is only allowed on the grass that surrounds each lot, so if you want to grill you have to get the spots on the outer edges of the lot. In other words, be there early!I would check with them directly to see if they have special rules for the Thanksgiving game in terms of lot opening times etc. We went way early to walk the stadium, visit the store etc..plan on doing that.
  6. i aint buying the 3 beers and one or two shots lead to blackout drunk for anyone
  7. well, if we gunna be bitching bout the refs, Phillips clearly facemasks Mariota on his first sack of the day, it was on a third down that would have given the Titans a first down somewhere around the Bills 7, thats a huge miss too. Maybe titans go up 7-0 there instead of missing a 50yd yd field goal ? These calls tend to even out in the course of a game and even more so over the season
  8. yea..i stayed like the true knucklehead that i am!!! we were at Luke Bryans till about 6:30, then out to dinner, then i was in bed by 8:30. Youngins i was with hit it hard to 1am!!! Bar was kicking when we left at 6:30
  9. we were talking yesterday, i never saw a parking lot! its different for sure. Have been to a few games now where we pre gamed at at a bar...sure as hell is way easier, but you do miss something. We were kinda late getting to the bars..ate at the airbnb and had a few there. Long winded way of saying not better, not worse, just different
  10. Cleveland not dead yet, their schedule really easy after the Bills game been winning with them a tn this year on the moneyline...( nat last week though)..I am also surprised at how ell the Raiders are doing.. Big surprise also for me is the Dolphins have competition for the #1 pick
  11. he may have, but Consol is built like this ( i was in the igloo a few times in the 80's, dont remember if it was that way too). I scalped a ticket outside few years back, part of the price was buying dude a beer. We were first row upper deck, getting down those stairs with two drafts was no fun ! BTW, if you like to stand the standing room at Consol is great. Numbered/ticketed spaces, bar in front of you to set your beer, hooks for your coat..excellant way to watch a hockey game I
  12. allright, i know i give you a hard time , and i am usually kidding..but not this post!!!!!! . You are going to go to Nashville and go to a freaking chain bar? What, is the Bubba Gumps not open when ya get there? Are you the guy who goes to Memphis and eats at Tony Romas???? Heads to Sbarros for slice while in Brooklyn? Text when you get there, i will make sure our money goes to s deserving local establishment, not some cheesy ass chain!!!!!
  13. Yep, kinda weird if Ty is hurt that Bates is whats left(UDFA i think)
  14. Of course it is..been bringing my family to games with me since the kids were 6 or 7..no problems ever. Guess going to the local pub for a fish fry is no place for a family outing, there are fights there ocaasionally
  15. I think we should start a TBDNashville hashtag...shocking my handle plenzmd1
  16. BTW, one thing i did forget to mention..always check the Bills Ticketmaster site first, and if buying clubs especially call the Bills ticket office!!!!! On Ticketmaster, there is an option to only see tickets sold directly through the Bills...so you uncheck Verified Resale Tickets...and you will get a seat map with blue dots over the seats available directly the Bills. Now, at least on my laptop, that app is slower than Okposso, so as i said, i would call the Bills direct
  17. too funny..Last year , Brewers fans were like WTF? when the shout song was being sung at a Friday night Brewers game
  18. 2 in Club Section 218. $191 /per..that is face and what we paid. Hard tickets need to meet in Nashville
  19. been a long time for me as well on a laptop, but this is what I did when watching on a laptop as well. Been using an app for 2nd TV so long now. Its funny, the one sentence you state got tired of fighting with them, as we all have, Wonder if they they never gave any discounts/promotions and we would have never fought them if they would be in a better place with them now?
  20. I know its one game bu this line from that article summed it up There were 19 players that were totally plugged in and totally engaged. When was the last time you could say that? Truer words never spoken! And BTW Sabres, thx for the beers at Nissan by winning at +165!!!!!
  21. this is where i have demons...I thought Housley really hurt this team last year..ignoring analytics and playing the wrong people in the wrong consistently. I thought they could have been a playoff team last year with a different coach. So, i was thinking Freddy would change that..and then you have arguably the WORST forward in the NHL last year based on numbers playing on the #2 line...i just assumed all summer he would be gone..somehow, someway...and yet he is playing with Skinner... I will trust in him till i dont...but damn playing Sobotka nd Scandella is just mind boggling to me
  22. where yuo sittin at Nashville?
  23. they all charge..just presentation that is different. Best thing to do is go to stubhub and hit the filter button to show prices with fees...
  24. Okay, last bit of. negativity from me,but these lines are too funny. ( yes I know from last year)
  25. put it too ya this way..slightly more than the cost of two beers at New Era was wagered... Think this guy is an analytics dude, and was saying even if you question the efficacy of analytics , even doubters, have to acknowledge this is one weird line placing
