Don't be surprised if Josh Allen has a bumpy 2022
buffaloboyinATL replied to beebe's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hmmm. Seems as though we have heard this before... deja vu all over again. -
This is the dumbest halftime show ever.

I officially have Mahomes fatigue. The sight of him annoys me.

Gunner's 2022 Mock Draft (v3 and FINAL - p.17!!)
buffaloboyinATL replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Great job as always @GunnerBill I would be amazed if the first QB off of the board went at pick 9, because their values always get over inflated heading into the draft, but that value seems about right to me. I would love to see the Lions get Hutchison, but agree that he is the right pick at #1. I would love to see Williams drop to us at 25, but could easily see someone like the Raiders taking a shot before us, even though they have more pressing needs, like OL as you mentioned. Thanks for the great work and I look forward to seeing this evolve as the draft process heats up. Go Bills! -
I should be getting ready to go to the stadium right now

Gunner's 2022 Mock Draft (v3 and FINAL - p.17!!)
buffaloboyinATL replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well, maybe not quite immediate, seeing as he just tore his ACL, but he would definitely be ready to make an impact in the second half of next season. That being said, getting him at pick 25 would be our best case scenario. -
If he went to the Giants, he would be thought of as the OC running Brian Daboll’s system, kind of like Eric Bienemy to Andy Reid. If he stayed in Buffalo, he’d be perceived as creating his own system derived from his time with Daboll. So in short, it depends whether or not he thinks he is ready to stand on his own, or if he thinks he needs a bit more time under Daboll’s wing.

I felt this way as well. My son kept complaining whenever he saw a penalty that wasn't called and I said "the refs are trying to stay out of this one as much as possible". I love this, as long as they are consistent with it for both teams, which I thought they were.

Denver hiring Nathaniel Hackett as HC
buffaloboyinATL replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
That is definitely not why he had the job. Nate is actually a very good coach who worked his way up in the league and has the respect of his players. I think he is going to be a good Head Coach. -

Best move that organization has made in years if it goes through. -
What does Allen work on this summer?
buffaloboyinATL replied to Meatloaf63's topic in The Stadium Wall
He will spend 2 hours per day flipping coins and trying to predict the outcome. -
To be honest are usually avoid watching any NFL news after a loss because it is annoying, but I have to say that this time it is largely very positive about Josh Allen and the Bills. I decided to suck it up and get it over with and it turns out it was not as bad as I expected.

I agree. I am from Buffalo, but my 3 kids were born and raised in Atlanta and my wife is from Detroit. Finally my whole family have started watching all the games with me and have become huge Bills/Josh Allen fans. I felt so bad seeing all of them being so disappointed after the game. I was born into this and have gotten used to the highs and lows, but the hardest part was seeing their heartbreak.

The Chiefs have been very good against opposing TE’s this season.

Will the Titans go after Mitch Trubisky?
buffaloboyinATL replied to notwoz's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think he ends up with the Giants with a shot to be the starter. -
We made a huge statement against the Patriots. I started thinking that it is possible that we will continue to do that throughout the play-offs. I hope you are right and this is our year. Go Bills!

Divisional Round: Buffalo at KC Sunday at 6:30
buffaloboyinATL replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
I really think that a big part of how we adjusted in that game, and hopefully what we will see in this game, was a more aggressive pass rush. I believe the key to this game will be our D-Line applying constant pressure on Mahomes. That will require scheme, as well as intensity up front. They brought the heat last game after Tre left, probably partially due to added adrenaline based on the situation, but hopefully they can match that intensity on Sunday. This Defense was built to beat the Chiefs. Time to deliver. -
And away we go...

Good. Let’s get him back on NFLN doing combine/draft coverage. Much better at that job.
