What a silly story. Two teammates lobbied for their friend??? Jim Kelly wanted us to draft Tebow. Should we just blindly listen to ex players? i love Reich and it’s great he’s doing well. But I think a healthy Luck, getting very good o linemen, and improving the defense are the main reasons for success. It’s hard to just blindly think he would be as successful here. Luck is awesome.

You get yourself in trouble when you just think either or. It’s how you ended up with James Hardy, R.I.P. the nfl is all about separation. So regardless of size, you need to be able to separate. But you need the small Buick guy as well as the big guy who can go and get it. Don’t limit yourself.

Another reason why I hated the Ray Ray pick. He wasn’t even the best slot receiver on his college team. Would have even started this year there? but a great way to think of a receiving core is to have a basketball team. You need guys of various sizes and skills - big guy, small quick one, a mix of those two. We should pick up at least 3 or 4 receivers this offseason.

Dude, you would be over the moon if the Bills did this. Stop lying. It means they are fully investing in their young qb. His resume of developing nfl qbs is about as good of any recent coach his age. Doesn’t mean it will work but I would bet on him being better than Brian Daboll. And that’s the key. Imo, it is much easier to find good defensive coaches that offensive ones.

Rex was a defensive coach so yes I blame him for the defense. For example, Marrone is an offensive coach and in his only 2 good years, was carried by his defense. if KK’s offense sucked but he had a great defense, I won’t hire him.

Tua probsbly wins the Heisman if he plays in the 4th quarter of games. They choked last night but we could have been the Alabama OC and won a national championship. I believe they’ve had a different OC for each title. Not a super hard job.

But the point is the nfl has allowed for these college type offenses to succeed. That’s why we expect qbs to produce earlier because pro offenses are more similar to college ones. And given that two guys he just coached in college are two of the best young QBs in the nfl, it’s a great gamble in my mind. i hate the culture word. It’s so stupid. Now what breeds good culture: winning. If the Cards win, they will have a good culture. If not, he will be fired and have to go back to college.
