Trading up for any non qb is probably stupid. But if you honestly thought OBJ was a better receiver pre draft than Sammy, you’re a liar. I hated, hated the pick. For the most part, he is what I thought he would be. But he is definitely more fast and he is exciting (though weirdly exciting isn’t as the best quality for a qb). i want to see him with better weapons to make a real judgment on him. I think he gets way too many excuses made. Personally, I think it’s sad we are settling for Daboll because I don’t think he’s anything special as an OC and would love a real offensive mind here. but he isn’t the worst qb ever so I have a little more optimism than I thought I would. Long way to go though.

Separation is different than speed. Jerry Rice ran like a 4.6. JuJu just seems to play faster than Zay. and if they trade Brown, James Washington will be the next good Steelers receiver. Loved him too. They just kill in the draft. Too bad they just have some many d bags.

I don’t agree with that. I just don’t think he has any special skills that separate him from defensive backs. We badly need to hire some from the Steelers to scout wrs.

Some of you overthinking this. There is a whole Twitter page called old player tweets. It was the draft and someone say some dumb tweets Allen had. It is happening all the time now. hopefully, people are getting smarter and not putting every dumb thought they have on social media.

Eh. Moulds barely played his first 2 years and Jones got a ton of playing time. Jones doesn’t have any elite skills. I loved JuJu in college. Just a tough dude who made plays. He is a top 10 receiver.

The trade up to take him was a terrible, terrible move. But at least, he can be a productive player. But we could have had our number 1 in JuJu and an extra draft pick. Frustrating.

The kickers just hang out with each other and do nothing most of practice. So they just naturally become the holders. I do think there is an advantage to having a qb be the holder though.

Allen finished up strong but you might want to review both players’ rookie years. It’s nit even a slight against Allen. It’s just painful how much fans here don’t realize how special of a player Newton. and yup, Newton is a little cocky. Allen is too and I imagine if he had Cam’s resume, he’d be pretty sure of himself too.

Brian Daboll is a terrible OC who keeps getting big jobs. All people do here is defend him because he’s had bad qbs. Who were Wilkes and Joseph’s qbs? Who got them those QBs? Honestly, they might be bad coaches but to fire them after 1 year?

This makes no sense at all. Football players are individually scouted and selected. It is completely (for the most part but there are some big exceptions) based on how good they are. Nfl coaching and front office positions are complete nepotism and buddy. How the hell does Brian Daboll keep getting jobs? He got into his position because he was friends with Polian’s son. He keeps getting jobs despite awful results (he is a head coaching candidate despite an awful offense haha!). the Wilkes thing is a joke. But I’m not shocked at all but how minded some Bills fans are here. Such a diverse group of open minded thinkers! Praise Jim Kelly as hero (Kelly playing day stories are so great and respectful) and hate guys like Stevie Johnson. Fun fact. If you see everything as racist, then maybe you’re the racist.
