True and he gets to hit the market again before 30 so he can get another big deal. Seems like a win-win for both parties. but as for ego, he has to believe a guy who isn’t as good just got paid more than him. -

For sure. I respect them for betting on the player. On paper, the Cowboys offense is absolutely loaded. Dak should have a great year. Let’s see how this season plays out first. I know you’re kidding but I do if Tre and his agent are second guessing it. Tre is a better player and much better dude. He definitely could have gotten $20 million/ season. -
Why are the Bills sticking with such a poor punter?

No fanbase cares more about punters than Bills fans. remember when Moorman was the poster boy for our franchise? Good times. -

Yup and if Dak has a good season, the Cowboys are going to look like morons. For young players, get them early and front loaded the contracts. That way, you have an out if they regress. -

why do they still report nfl contracts like this? Odds are he’s not seeing all that money. Just report the guaranteed money and say potentially $105 million. -

It’s hilarious how Kaepernick triggers some people more than Joe Mixon. -

I mean I they going to say he sucks and it was a bad signing and we should have used that money to keep Shaq? i think they kill it on the defensive side but it doesn’t mean they don’t make mistakes. Murphy isn’t a difference maker. Lee can go too. -
First offensive play of the season?

Never too early to play the field position game. -
Question: Is Moss pushing Devin to start?
C.Biscuit97 replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Worst of all for Devin, Moss cost him a spot on my powerhouse dynasty fantasy league. Hopefully that pain will motivate him to have a great season. -

DeAndre Hopkins contract extension
C.Biscuit97 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He may not but the fact the Bills gave up a 1st means Diggs and his agent have a ton of leverage. Right now, he’s the 14th highest paid wr making half of what Hopkins makes. Other guys deals will be up and he will drop even lower. I think he will be on his best behave this year and hopefully, he balls out (have him on 3 fantasy teams). But if I was an agent, I’d explore a new deal because of the leverage they have on the Bills. Yup. Honestly with the life span of nfl contracts and them not being guaranteed, almost every position should think like this. Hell RBs, should try and get a new contract after their rookie years if they have a good season. -

Adrian Peterson picked Lions over Chiefs

Agreed. I also don’t know why a team with young rbs would even want him. He’s so one dimensional and he killed Swift’s fantasy value! -
A "Wildcat Strike" By The NFLPA Coming?
C.Biscuit97 replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This happens for everything. There are idiots who think nba players are thugs because of how guys acted in the 90s and they probably are the league with the least amount of guys who get in trouble. It’s like the far majority of protestors are doing so peacefully but some people just say they are all rioting. yes, most people believe police officers do a great job. But when you are given a gun, you should be held to a higher standard. You can’t just be like “my bad.” They are not the jury and judge. And if you can’t handle that, don’t be a police officer. -
Predict the division winner: AFC East
C.Biscuit97 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I love when people post polls on their website or twitter and think it isn’t just an echo chamber of their audience. We are the favorites and should win the division. But I’m guessing a NE poll would be different and I think Miami would have a few more votes on theirs. I do think Jets fans hate their team more than we do. -
Going by wins and losses for a qb is also completely lazy. Mitch T went 12-4. Bortles and Sanchez went to AFC title games. They must have had a clutch gene and were winners, huh? the buffalo bills went 10-6 with the second best defense in the nfl and scored 19 points/ game. The reason Allen was able to come back was because of the defense. Allen could be a much better qb this year being less “clutch” (0 game winning drives). End the game before the 4th quarter by having a consistent offense. we had C level Qb play last year with flashes of greatness. If we get C or higher, the sky is the limit. I think the stat should be Wins above Andy Dalton. He is the definition of average. Would this team had less wins with Andy Dalton last year? If the answer is no, then your QB isn’t a franchise level guy yet.

Wilson had the number 1 defense for his 4 seasons and it slipped to 3 the next year! https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/sea/ the only time his defense was below 13th was last year in his 7th year! Seattle is routinely the most balanced team in thE nfl. And the flip side is a good environment can hide a bad qb (Sanchez, Bortles, Mitch T). that’s why I love our schedule this year. We have some real qbs and offenses. As much as some have anointed Allen, we averaged 19 points/ game. That won’t cut it this year.

See what I respected about Rosen is he is a rich kid but spoke out about things he saw as injustices when most kids in his shoes won’t care. https://www.theplayerstribune.com/en-us/articles/josh-rosen-conor-mcdermott-ucla And I know some people hate him because he speaks out on Trump. as for his current attitude, how could he not have a chip on his shoulder? But I guess if he does really care about being a good nfl player, it’s time for him to prove now.

No fans, things are still locked down a bit. Go weird. Keep it.

Most qbs, especially young ones, benefit from balance. See how Brady, Big Ben, Wilson were brought along. Awesome defensive teams, didn’t have to throw too much, balanced teams. When you are getting your head beaten in, you don’t have balance and your qb takes unnecessary hits. he was before my time but a lot of people say Archie Manning was awesome but got stuck on an awful franchise that ruined him. It happens all the time. Allen is in a great situation, especially now. Rosen didn’t have that luxury. He may suck but he was given a chance.

For sure. One thing I will never question is Allen’s attitude and leadership. The more I hear him, the more I like him. All I simply have said is I worry about is that accuracy isn’t as easy to fix as some others think. So why you might have the it factor, it won’t matter if you struggle to complete passes at a high enough level. Very anxious to see how he does this year with a lot more weapons.
