I think their are still playmakers on the defense (Barber, Brooks, Rice)... that still scares me. I don't feel we played any playmakers last week (with maybe the exception of Dunta Robinson... but he's still rising) I expect Willis to be right near 100 yards... I hope is goes over again. Yes... Gruden did have it too easy. He was coaching somebody elses team.

I think Takeo's gigantic neck freaks everybody out! He looks like he could literally destroy you... I don't mean tackle, I mean DESTROY! Good thing we can make their fans cry before the game.... Let's hope we can continue making them cry AFTER the game.

If you can UN-retire any jersey at any time... what's the point of retiring a jersey? I for one... hope that no hot shot quarterback ever comes in to Buffalo and demand the number 12. I don't care who it is. Retired means retired... Unless you are Bill Parcells, Michael Jordan (twice), Deion Sanders.... Aww crap, I just give up.

I was thinking today regarding this game. Our defense going up against another defense, two inconsistent offenses playing each other... the game possibly coming down to special teams or a big play on defense... and then it hit me. We've played this game before. In fact, we played this game LAST YEAR!! What am I talking about? I'm talking about the Baltimore Rave game... am I crazy, but I see Sundays contest as the exact same game. In the Baltimore game, we were going into their house... playing against their tough defense... and we lost. How did we lose? The same way we CAN lose on Sunday. If my memory serves... the Bills defense dominated the Baltimore offense, but Bledsoe cost us the game. Deion's infamous return of a Bledsoe interception, and I remember Bledsoe also fumbling (or throwing a pick) down deep in the Baltimore red zone. We lost because of those two plays, and those plays alone. If JP makes similar mistakes, like Bledsoe did in the Raven game last year, I am going to guarantee a victory for the Buccanneers... JP can NOT have costly turnovers on his head Sunday. If JP does not make the mistakes that Bledsoe did, I guarantee a victory for us. Here's to holding my breath and hoping JP plays smart football Sunday.

I hope you're right... I think we have the talent and the coach, now we need the lucky bounces like the Ravens had a few years back.

I beg to differ with you. David Carr is a #1 overall pick, Andre Johnson could be one of the top 5 receivers in the NFL, Domanick Davis was awesome last year. (scoring an average of 17 fantasy points a game) This is not a terrible offense... it's not great... but nobody ever said it was. I'm just saying that this offense is FAR from terrible.

I love the proper usage of the word "AIN'T", most people don't use it correctly? I ain't scared of the Bucs either. There is nobody scary on that team. The only thing is that they are an opportunistic team that will take advantage of JP's poor decisions IF he makes any Sunday. If JP does make mistakes, it will smart more this Sunday than most any other time.

I love your optimism... but I think I'll have to disagree here. I don't see Aaron Schobel being the dominant defensive end to post 15 sacks. I don't see a Bruce Smith in him. Yes, it is something I still miss. Aaron is good, yes... but I think he is a 10 sack guy.

I want NOTHING to do with the Jets. If the Jets do something, I want the Bills to do the complete opposite.

That #3 ranking almost made my jaw drop. I think that right now we should be ranked about 10th... if we beat Tampa Bay decisively... then I can see a top 5 pick... but not 3 already.

Since my hatred for both teams are about equal... I have to base my opinion on January. Which team will be fighting with Buffalo for a wild card spot (assuming NE wins the division). No way to I see Miami winning 9-11 games. Not going to happen. The Jets on the other hand, very likely. Here's hoping Miami wins on Sunday, the Jets start 0-2 and finish the year 8-8, out of playoff contention. If Miami starts 2-0, I still think that 8-8 is the BEST that they can hope to do.

Ah yes.. that's right. I think that both Takeo and London would have made that tackle... but that's just my opinion.

Great points about Fletcher... the overlooked heart of the defense... a man I'm proud to call our captain. But here's a question for you... If I were to tell you that on Sunday, there would be a Bills linebacker get an interception and return it 70 yards for a touchdown... who would you venture to guess the man would be? Surely TKO. Fletcher may be a better player, but TKO is a better play-maker. I'm glad we have one of each. Both being consistent and steady... never injured (knock on wood)

LOL... Cadillac runs for 135 and two touchdowns... No chance. That person obviously doesn't know our defense. LOL If he breaks 100 yards and gets a single touchdown, that is a major accomplishment!

How does ANYBODY think that Miami will challenge New England. I don't even see Miami challenging to go 3rd in the division.
