I much preferred when the Bills were 3-0 and the Jets were 1-3. Now if the Jets beat us, we are back in 3rd place in the division. Where everybody predicted.

Good post, I was thinking about just this thing. I truly believe that the Bills will have to be 11-5 to get the Wild Card spot. (13-3 if they want the division) Look for the Raiders and Bengals to be there all year, competing with the Bills. I love that we beat the Raiders (tie breaker) but hate that we lost to Cincy (could hurt is at the end of the year).

Jared Allen is not worth a 1st

Fitz didn't lose the game for us... but he had a chance to win it for us, and he blew it with that interception. Would have liked to see a little more conservative runs and throws when we are tied with less than 4 minutes in the game... and driving into the opponents Red Zone. Instead Fitz threw a risky throw that failed the first time. I don't know why he thought it would succeed the second time.

With a healthy McGee in there, Manning chose to pick on Florence. If McGee were still sitting out, Manning would have picked more on McKelvin... IMHO

Wade took over after Marv... and had pretty much a stacked team. Chan took over after Jauron... and had, well... an unstacked team!

How much are we going to have to pay them after going 19-0 this year?

Who the Bills have played this year is key: Week 1: The Bills played a bottom 10 team on the road, and destroyed them. I believe that on Sunday the Bills play another bottom 10 team, also on the road. I am hoping (and expecting) a game that is not close. Week 2: The Bills played a team just like themselves in the fact that the Raiders are right on the verge of being a playoff team. I expect to see the Raiders in the playoffs this year and winning their division. Any time you can beat a team like that, you should be proud of it. I also notice that the Raiders are the #1 rushing team in football, and probably will be so at the end of the year. Week 3: The Bills played a top 5 team (another potential division winner) and beat them. I do believe that if the Bills play that game 7 times, they lose four or five of them. But they gained confidence from that win. They truly believe they can play with (and beat) anybody. I also notice that the Patriots are the #1 passing team in football, and probably will also be at the end of the year too. Three very different teams, and the Bills beat them all. Don't be worried that fact that our defense has struggled to contain the #1 rushing team and the #1 passing team. Every defense will struggle with those two teams this year. But we did something that most teams will not... we actually beat both of those teams.

I love the Kelly, Thomas, Reed jerseys on the back wall. Very nice indeed.

I don't get this post at all. CJ Spiller is a very good runningback. He was a phenom in college who struggled a little bit last year (but who didn't on the Bills?) Now with the improved offensive line play and our new explosive offense, Spiller is averaging 8.2 yards per carry. In my book, that's pretty good.

A few things wrong with this: 1st... The Bills are going to pick at #32... that is a given. 2nd... Kellen Moore is not going to drop to the 5th round. Andy Dalton went at the top of the 2nd and I don't see Moore as that big a drop off. 3rd... Mike Adams will not drop to pick #50. Getting a free tatoo will not make him drop in any GM's book.

In 16 games: 3,841 yards, with 32 TDs and 18 INTs. On ANY team in the NFL, such stats would make the idea of looking for a new quarterback laughable.

I was talking to my brother about this very same topic a few nights ago. How can the Bills possibly be getting this lucky... to see nobodys all gelling at the same time? Jones, Nelson, Chandler, Bell, Pears, Rhinehart... who are all these people? And yet they are all playing great! It makes me a little nervous... to be honest.

Don't forget about Eric Wood leading the whole thing. He may have some Pro Bowls to look forward to himself.

It will take a while for him to get used to the "Patriot way" of doing things. I don't think we can give up on him (or overlook him) yet. I can still see him scorching us later on this season.

The Bengals could very well beat us. I'm a little concerned that we might play down to our competition just like we have played up to our competition lately. Aside from the KC game, the Bills need to show that they can utterly dominate an inferior team (like the Bengals). The Bills are about to make a transformation they have not been used to for a very long time. They are no longer the "hunters"... they have become the "hunted." Instead of being a team that other teams circle as an easy win, now other teams will circle the Bills as a game where they can make a statement. Here's hoping the Bills are up to the task.

I like the quote of quarterbacks being 2 parts intelligence and 2 parts ability. I think Fitzpatrick just might be 3 parts intelligence and 2 parts ability. He is brilliant! (Vick is probably 1 part intelligence and 3 parts ability, while Brees is 3 parts intelligence and 3 parts ability)

If he would have missed the kick... we would have needed him to kick another one in OverTime! I hope he wouldn't have run too far.
