  1. Leaving work now, and ready for the action. Let's shock the nation! GO BILLS!!!
  2. So true. Tonight is our AFC Championship Game!
  3. Must have been Yolo who saw him.
  4. Can we borrow Ralphie from Colorado?
  5. Because he was a cool heel.
  6. Nice try, but there is no better heel than The Man... https://giphy.com/gifs/dusty-rhodes-Ro6bzW9q9Bttu
  7. Yes, although Florida looks to be on the right track. They played good, but Georgia pulled away in the 4th quarter. Florida State hasn't recovered from that loss to Alabama from last year, and all Miami has going for them is that silly turnover chain. Speaking of football teams that have "fallen off", when is Tennessee going to get it's act together?
  8. Georgia will more likely be heavily favored and rightfully so. Still, that is a big game, and the SEC is always tough. Lexington will be rocking. Michigan-Penn State is big although not as big as it could have been. Louisiana State-Alabama is off the charts. Should be a classic. Let's not forget about Notre Dame-Northwestern. The Wildcats should not be taken lightly. What has happened to the Pac-12? Washington losing to California? Oregon getting taken to the woodshed by Arizona? I did not picture Washington State & Utah as being the top teams in the conference.
  9. It's great to read stories like this. What a guy Alexander is. I would love to see if during the bye week that the Bills will give him a two year extension. He's played great, and he's a team leader.
  10. Georgia was too much for Florida, despite that very impressive goal line stand the Gators had in the 3rd quarter. I wasn't used to watching a game in Jacksonville that did not require tarps. Kentucky pulls off an unbelievable come from behind win against Missouri which now sets up a big game between Kentucky & Georgia next week. Of course that SEC game will be overshadowed by Louisiana State-Alabama next week.
  11. Well, you were half right. That Notre Dame-Northwestern game is looking very interesting now.
  12. Buffalo Bills & Michigan Wolverines Basketball. 1989: Michigan wins the National Title. I know this was the year of the "Bickering Bills", but they made the playoffs and were headed to bigger things. 1991-92: Michigan loses in the National Title game in back-to-back years as the Bills lose in Super Bowls XXVI & XXVII. in 1991 Minneapolis hosted both the Super Bowl & Final Four.
  13. I hate the Patriots* on a level that has never been matched by any other team. When this incident happened, it became very personal. It's beyond the cheating. I want the Bills to end this bastard's career, and if they do, I will be cheering when it happens. How the Hell did he get away with a 1 game suspension?! His "apology" was one of the most insulting things I've seen. Amazing that Tre White did not suffer a more serious injury. If there was ever a player more deserving of a "Sweep the Leg" moment, it's Gronkowski.
  14. Conor McDermott is just a back-up tackle, no reason to cut him.
  15. Short answer: Yes. Long Answer: Despite the overhaul of "superior" talent on this team, they ended the drought last year. We need to see what they do during the next off season, when the Bills will have a considerable amount of cap room and 10 draft picks. I think they can make the Bills a lot better.
  16. The pressure is on and I can understand that. It's just that now that the drought has ended, there are a lot of people with unrealistic expectations. Yes, the offense sucks, and none of us saw it being this bad. We have to see what the team does during this next off season, that is the key for Beane & McDermott's future. Until then, talks of McDermott being fired is just hot air.
  17. I think they have done far more good than bad this year, considering how little the offense is helping them. They do give up a lot of yards, that is undeniable, but they aren't exactly giving up 8 touchdowns a game either.
  18. I'll take it as the Bills defense just had "one of those days". They'll be back.
  19. So you are saying that you wanted the Bills to pay Woods more than what the Rams offered him?
  20. Yes, it is fun. I love the Bills and I love the game of football. Professional & College, I watch as much of it as I can. Yes it has been a drag watching the Bills throughout the 2000's, but I wouldn't miss a game no matter what. I'm an odd fan. Born, raised and living in California with no ties to Buffalo or western New York at all. Became a fan mostly because of Jim Kelly. I remembered him during his college days and paid attention to him in his early career. Then I just started cheering for the Bills. Bills fans were nowhere to be found where I lived when I was a kid. I was all by myself. As I got older I finally got to meet other Bills fans. Lots of great people, and I have made many friends with them over the years. I always looked forward to when the Bills came out west. I'd go to as many games as I could and would see a lot of fans who would travel far to just to see the Bills play and have a great time tailgating. Nobody parties like Bills fans. Then this season came along and for the first time I went to city of Buffalo for my first ever Bills home game. It went beyond my expectations. I had the best time. Met a lot of people who had only known online and I finally made it to the Pinto tailgate. It was a time that I will never forget and it is one that I want to relive again. i will be back in Buffalo for other games in the future. I come to this board every day. I watch intently during the off season to see what the Bills are doing. I have been attending the NFL Draft since 2001 and always look for other Bills fans that weekend to cheer on our picks. Yes, the Buffalo Bills are fun for me. I will keep watching them no matter what until the end of my days. GO BILLS!!!
  21. Ravens: 47 Chargers: 31 Vikings: 6 Packers: 22 Titans: 12 Texans: 20 (7 were the result of a defensive touchdown) Colts: 37 The defense has given up 30+ points 3 out of 7 games.
  22. Are you implying that he's been ineffective for the Bills this season?
